I didn't like that they took a non-refundable fee for using a towel. Laundry cost 6 euros which I think is overpriced. Not only that, I have reason to suspect that some kind of bedbugs were caught in my clothes after this washing as in the next hostel the next day I discovered a lot of bites on my body, but it only happened to me and no one else in the next hostel I was in.
