   The location is the only positive point. I lived in that hostel for over a year and I decided to forbid myself from going back. I work FIFO and I booked every one of my weeks off here. Last week, after landing from a shutdown at 8am, I discovered that my locker had been forced open and all my belongings had been left outside in garbage bags, unattended for 10 days in the humidity. For years, FIFO workers at this hostel have used the lockers in the common areas with our own padlocks, names, and "FIFO" written on them. Everyone knew about to (staff included) and nobody ever said there was an issue. Apparently, the new management suddenly decided to ban it overnight. Fine, rules can change. But nobody informed us. They had all of our phone numbers and email addresses from check-ins, yet we received absolutely no warning. When I asked the manager where my belongings were, I was told : "Who do you think you are making your own rules ? Your stuff is probably in the trash. Are you seriously telling me I was supposed to pay someone for two hours to go through the phone numbers and email addresses you gave us at check-ins to warn you ? I don't have time for that." Since the management changed, the atmosphere has completely changed too. What used to feel friendly and welcoming now feels cold and hostile. The hostel itself is also very disappointing : - no doors between common rooms and the backyard (poor security and it's freezing during winter) - old stained sheets - overcrowded rooms with no privacy - not enough showers for the number of guests staying there - almost no cutlery in the kitchen - poor security and cameras that don't work properly Staff changes constantly and the manager is rude to both guests and employees. After more than a year of loyalty, this was honestly shocking.

   None Warning. This business is a fraud. I paid $72 dollars for a reserved parking spot on the day I arrived. When I entered the car park then I realized that my car wouldn’t fit into the space so I didn’t used it and I requested for a refund. However, the girl on the counter on Friday, 6th Feb promised me she will get the refund processed. Now I still haven’t received the money from this hostel and so far no one can solve this issue. Don’t waste your time here. This business is a scam with their “un-refundable” policy.

   Nothing Dirty, needs a health inspection. Beds gross covered in stains. First night I was here someone poured water all over my bed and belongings. Second night my food got stolen. Third night more food I just bought got stolen. Waste of money. Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The WiFi is very bad too

   Boycott!! On behalf of my tourist friend, they have age limitation even Agoda website didn’t mention it and they not allow my friend to check it. They even double charge for no show even she already at there. It really spoil people mood for travelling alone.

    Nothing! It’s dirty and serious need of renovation, Beds are paper thin and uncomfortable. Yea it’s cheap but god please don’t go there just not worth it. Also the place doesn’t have enough toilets and showers for the people they accommodate. Also full of French people. Which we all know they are arrogant against anyone who isn’t French. Also if you have to stay here don’t bring valuables. High chance they could get stolen. Also don’t bother thinking you will get your $20 deposit back, I checked out early as couldn’t stay in them beds they said they would refund deposit back but still no refund. Also they have rules everyone saying if you don’t follow you will lose deposit. This place should be shut down!

    Stayed there for over 2 month. Lovely guys over there. The bathrooms are poorly, Not to many of them as well. Rooms aint the best but not the worst. The manager is mental tho. My shoes got Stolen. She did nothing. One week after, she threatened to kick me out for pretty much nothing. Her rules got more ridiculous every day, and the frenchman got prioritised by sooooo much. Hostel-wise, 2-3/10 Peoplesise, 8-9/10

    It is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at , the hostel is a mess … the whole place smells like dirty socks and the receptionist named Tash is one of the rudest and the most unhinged person I’ve ever come across she is very aggressive and rude with the patrons ., one of my friend book the hostel for 4 weeks and he didn’t label his food and she ask him to get out in a rude and aggressive manner .. definitely not the best place to live or stay … we had to involve the police and everything .. the situation was very bad . Definitely do not recommend 0 stars for everything . They take a deposit of 20$ and try and find small and unexpected things to keep that money from you .. it is the worst experience I’ve had .. there is loud noise all the time. The patrons are okay .. very civilised but the staff especially this one staff was so rude it was very uncomfortable, as if she holds a grudge against you for some reason . The worst experience of my life.

    Staff were so rude and racist. I know someone too that they have banned for nothing and even though he had 4 weeks+ booked to stay there - they didn’t give his money back. Over $1k they’ve robbed him of. In complete shock. I also had a run in with a member of staff even though they checked me in 20 minutes earlier - I was pestered and was being screamed at to come to reception even though I was clearly in a rush to be somewhere. Was very, vey aggressive.

    The other guests were super nice and there was a variety of cultures staying at the hostel. However, there were so many cockroaches, the pool table was broken, and someone stole my pillow and blanket and no one was able to replace it. The building itself was very hot however the bedrooms were cooled nicely. There is no sense of sound security as the night club next door was blaring music and there was no sort of sound filter in the dorm rooms to dull that noise. Additionally, the staff does not enforce their “no music past 10pm” rule.

    I think they thieves in broad daylight. Not refundable my foot. Took my whole 400.00 After I cancelled the booking. I got there. And only to discover it was dirty and broken furniture. I hope you renovate the place with my money. Worst place ever.

Also seen her smoking weed out the back the day before… Others I overheard had stuff stolen too! Bathrooms are mouldy and disgusting Interior is so run down Worse stay of my 7 years travelling! Needs closing down Avoid

    First, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She and her coworker had poor communication between each other. The guy told me that I could change my check-in entry anytime as I wished, but then apparently, she claimed he was doing a bad job. As a result, what I was initially told would not have been possible. She essentially took my money without even giving me a chance to modify my check-in date. It's a bad place with poor administration
