Woke up with weird bug bites (probably bed bugs)

Hostel was largely fine but got bitten by bed bugs while I was there and that’s unacceptable

Que en los pasillos se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior y de recepción, en las camas encontramos chinches y la habitación no tenia muy buena ventilación, lo que hacía qué oliera muy fuerte.

the woman at the front desk was very rude and not kind to us. i believe they had bed bugs. we left early because of all the bug bites.

They have good service and a pleasant atmosphere. It's cozy and the staff are very friendly. It's very well connected. It looks clean, but there are bedbugs. I was in room 18 and didn't notice them at night. However, the next day my arms were itchy from the bites, which gave me hives. I didn't like that at all.

I recently stayed at Slo Hostel Lyon Pentes for three days, and overall my experience was fine, but there were a few areas that could be improved: * The toilet paper and paper towels were running out frequently and weren't always restocked on time. * The showers were inconvenient; they turn off automatically and can't be directed properly, which made them uncomfortable to use. * The lockers, which are pull-out drawers under the bottom bunk beds, were quite difficult to use and not very practical. * For the entire floor, which includes several dorm rooms, there were only 3 sinks, 2 toilets, and 5 showers. The sinks were often clogged, which was frustrating. * In the kitchen, there was only one stovetop for everyone, which made cooking difficult when there were a lot of guests Also after the stay, I noticed a rash that might be bedbug bites, though I can’t be certain it was from the hostel. But I haven’t slept anywhere else recently, so big possibility it was from there

I stayed at this hostel in Lyon for 3 days, and my experience was average. The showers turn off automatically and are inconvenient, with water pouring from high up. There was also mold in the bathrooms. Lockers are under the beds and hard to access. There were only 3 sinks, 2 toilets, and 5 showers for the entire floor, and sinks frequently clogged. The kitchen has only one stove. After my stay, I noticed a rash that might be bedbug bites, though I can't confirm it was from the hostel.

Really chill hostel, young vibe and rooms were wide and sunny. I would stay here again, the kitchen was clean and easy to use. Although I have a slight suspicion there were bed bugs

This place needs some serious cleaning, I know it's a hostal and many people going in and out but I'm seriously worried about bed bugs the bedding was clean but the beds were not, bedbugs don't only live on sheets

At first everything was great (nice staff, good location) but after the first night woke up with bite marks all over my body. I thought it was from mosquitoes but at the second night I found BED BUGS in my bed!

Je me sentais bien parce qu'il y avait une bonne ambiance et un bon personnel de travail. Mais pendant que je dormais, j'ai été mordu par un insecte et je n'ai pas pu dormir. J'ai été piqué par un insecte. Quand je me suis réveillé le matin, j'ai été piqué par des insectes comme des punaises de lit et ça me démangeait beaucoup. Je pense qu'il faut faire plus attention à l'hygiène.

Beware of bed bugs!!!! The staff is very friendly but unfortunately cannot make up for the unbearable heat and dirty washrooms. The location is noisy at night but fairly close to everything in the city.

Le lieu est assez sympa. L'équipe également. Le ptit dej pas fou mais surtout je suis rentrée chez moi avec des piqûres de punaises de lit ! Hygiène très bof dans les toilettes. Pour se détendre : 2 jeux de société dont un trivial pursuit genius des années 80... Ce serait pas du luxe d en acheter 3 ou 4 supplémentaires et plus récents.

Hostel has a good location and I perceived it as quite a nice hostel - until the second night of my stay. All of the windows were closed, and I woke up with 25 bug bites all over my body from my face to my feet. I addressed this to the front desk and their response was simply that it "wasn't possible". If this had not have happened, I would've definitely considered staying again, but upon returning I'll find other accommodations that don't come with bugs in their beds.
