The beds have bedbugs. I had to change beds three times but all of them had bedbugs. I had to sleep on the ground and my whole body is full of bites.

The beds have bedbugs. I tried three different beds but all of them had bedbugs which ended in me having to sleep on the floor. The location of the hostel is great though.

1) Comfort: my mattress was in a really bad shape which gave me a lot of back pain. Sometimes the rooms/bathrooms were also quite dirty so that’s a - 2) Bed bugs: I have been stung everywhere (which made me change hostels) and when I asked about it they told me that it was a problem from before that wasn’t resolved (they thought it was gone). I feel like it’s a matter that they need to take more seriously, don’t just spray the bed the bed with some product. You need to empty the whole room and clean all the sheets + spray everything and keep the room closed for a few days… I feel like this could be a very good hostel but they need to check their hygiene and matresses.

Leider muss ich sagen bekommt dieses Hostel die schlechteste Bewertung. Das WiFi funktionierte nur im essbereich brauchbar, das Frühstück war typisch bolivianisch schlecht, die darunter liegende Bar war höllisch laut, die Badezimmer sind auch nicht zu empfehlen und dann kamen auch noch die Bettwanzen dazu.

13MAY2025: BEDBUGS Sadly was a terrible stay. The first night I woke up with a bite that I tried to convince myself was a mosquito so I slept one more night…what a mistake. One hour into the night I was covered in bedbug bites and had to sleep in chairs all night. The manager tried to charge me for this night but I refused but he charged me for the compromised laundry which should have been complimentary for the inconvenience. Save yourself a huge headache and go elsewhere.
