I’ve been a Mad Monkey stan since I started traveling Asia a year ago. I can confirm this is the most disgusting Mad Monkey I’ve been in. The floors were covered in dirt and hair. There was trash all over the room and cobwebs in the corners of the beds, and to top it off we found 🪳bed bugs 🪳 in the female dorms. When we mentioned the bed bugs to the staff they simply disregarded it by saying they would look into it but then did not. Not saying the entire hostel is filthy, but the portion I stayed in needed some serious TLC and pest management.
