Hostel A2C Sevilla

En el sofá de la entrada había chinches. Tuve varias picaduras por estar ahí. Espero que a estas alturas lo hayan solucionado y cambiado el mueble. En las camas por lo menos no había... La cocina se hace algo pequeña si hay bastante gente, y lo mismo ocurre con el comedor al tener tantas sillas y mesas en muy poco espacio.

Didn’t feel the cleanest. Think I got bit by bedbugs.

Saí com muuuitas picadas de inseto, não vi e nem ouvi pernilongos, então suponho que sejam percevejos, isso nunca aconteceu em nenhuma hospedagem onde estive.

La habitación era de lo peor, literas que no se sostenían, colchones inservibles que no se podía dormir. La habitación estaba limpia pero llena de chinches, primero los vimos y no sabíamos lo que eran, hasta que buscando por internet lo averiguamos, a los días estaba llena de ronchas de picaduras. Supongo que no hicieron la fumigación correspondiente. Aemás, mucho ruído, nada de intimidad entre camas, ni luces independientes.

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS, BED BUGS** We arrived at the hostel on June 18 at 10:30 p.m. and received our private room for us four. The beds weren’t very clean (underwear near the bed, stains on the wall, etc) but everything seemed normal. Eventually, one of us found a bedbug on her mattress in the upstairs bunkbed, then a second bedbug, and then a third. We know for a fact that none of the bedbugs came from our belongings as we had no bites before and found none in any of our stuff. We immediately notified the reception staff, who didn't speak English and seemed unsure of how to handle the situation. They moved us to another room, but no one seemed concerned. They gave us a spray for our belongings and the beds that we couldn’t even use since it was toxic and he then said, "I don't know how to use that, I’ve never used it, so figure it out." No compensation was offered, and we ended up spending our only day in Seville at the laundromat and pharmacies, washing and spraying clothes. We wasted time, money, and were left disheartened by the experience.

The first thing I did was check the bed for bedbugs. I found black marks left by the droppings of bedbugs and told the staff about this finding. They said there was no way there were bedbugs. I returned to the room and checked around the bed with a flashlight and found a bug that looked remarkably like a bedbug. The staff took away the bug and said this time that the marks of bedbug droppings are "normal marks on the wood" and the bug that I found wasn't even a bug. The staff became unfriendly after the bug discovery. I didn't want to stay in this hostel and take a risk with bedbugs. I haven't got my money back yet. I have stayed in numerous hostels and this was definitely the worst. Not only for the reasons mentioned above, the (male) staff also entered the only female dorm without knocking. The room had not been cleaned when I checked in. Luckily I found other option from Seville. I hope that my feedback will help you improve!

Bettwanzen im Zimmer!! Wir haben dann doch nicht dort geschlafen

In meinem Vierbettzimmer sowie in meinem Bett habe ich einige Bettwanzen entdeckt, die bei einer regelmäßigen Reinigung des Zimmers hätten auffallen müssen. Auf meine Bitte konnte ich das Zimmer noch in der Nacht wechseln, jedoch waren weder das erste noch das zweite Zimmer gründlich gereinigt und nicht gut gecheckt. So war etwa die Kofferbox im ersten Zimmer und der Seifenspender sowie die Duschisolierung im zweiten Zimmer defekt. Lässt man die Bettwanzen weg, lohnt sich das Hostel für Leute, die in zentraler Lage recht spartanisch übernachten wollen.

El precio de la habitación compartida no se justifica por ser literas incómodas con nada de privacidad, compartiendo un solo baño (que esta dentro de la habitación) para las 6 personas. No se respetan las horas de sueño porque admiten check in a cualquier hora. Tenían chinches en la cama que me destruyeron el cuerpo, fui a comentarlo me dijeron que eran mosquitos, cuando las vi con mis propios ojos, al menos pusieron sábanas limpias ese mismo día. No me cambiaron de habitación y además después de extender una queja y solicitar el reembolso porque tuve que gastar en pomadas y medicamentos, la respuesta fue darme un café gratis. Una vergüenza que los responsables no se volvieron a comunicar conmigo, además desapareció de manera inexplicable mi chaqueta que había dejado en la habitación. En recepción hicieron mínimamente lo que estaba en sus manos. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

Das Bad wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt, versüffte Waschbecken und ich hatte Bettwanzen in meinem Bett.

I’ve been bitten by bed bugs…I’m allergic and would recognise bed bugs bites instantly. I was on room 2, bed 3. (I know you’ll say that you don’t have any but you should focus on dealing with this issue, it’s very uncomfortable for the customers)

punaise de lit dans le dortoir .... vraiment tres mauvaise experience

Esta infestado de chinches tengo muchísimos piquetes en todo mi cuerpo y a varias de las chicas alojadas les paso lo mismo son varios cuartos infestados de chinches no lo recomiendo y está muy sucio la cama tenía bellos pubicos las sabanas sucias y llenas de sudor y tierra no las cambian el baño tenía hongos las tazas súper sucias el desayuno es caro y no está bueno, está lejos del centro
