Rooms can be spacious and clean, Wi-Fi can work well, and the staff experience ranges from warm and helpful to cold and difficult. Pets may be accepted, and outside parking is sometimes easy. The standout quirk is the hydromassage setup in certain rooms. It can sound fun on paper, but the tubs and shower cabins are a gamble: a few are noisy, awkward under sloped ceilings, hard to regulate, or not working at all. This is not a polished spa-style stay. The building feels old and uneven. Bathrooms are a recurring weak spot, with worn fixtures, shower leaks or drainage issues, mould, low pressure, missing basics, and tired furniture. Beds and pillows vary a lot, from comfortable enough for one night to narrow, sagging, or badly uncomfortable. Air conditioning is another sore point: cooling may be controlled through reception, limited, or effectively absent, so warm rooms are possible. Noise is a serious caveat here. Street traffic, corridors, neighbouring rooms, bathrooms above, early-morning movement, and late-night disturbance can all carry through the building. Breakfast and food service are inconsistent too, with late starts, light portions, closed kitchen or bar service, and no reliable evening meal setup.
