Central Backpackers Hostel - Phong Nha

The staff was lovely and they did everything! The facilities are alright. Sadly I got food poisoning here and my roommate had bed bugs. I guess I was just unlucky!

Huge common spaces. Really easy to meet people if you’re solo. Rooms were spacious and seemed pretty clean. They even come change the bed sheets once a day if you want. Thought I will mention though I personally didn’t have this problem, someone I met had to get moved rooms because of bed bugs so just be aware.

The room was quite damp and the room as well as the sheets smelled a little damp/moldy. I had to cover my pillow with a towel. There were also lots of little bugs in the bed, especially in the garden bungalow (I stayed in two different private rooms). I guess for the price it’s okay but don’t expect too much.
