Bed bug reports

Confirmed Booking.com
A blanket was little bit like sticky and also there were probably bed bugs in the bed because last day I woke up with so many bites on my skin even when I slept the whole night under the blanket.

Sehr viele Tierchen.

Vibe Analysis
Yoga on a deserted island may be part of the Hideaway orbit, and that fits the lane here: calm, natural, a little boho, more hammock than party engine. The place sits in a lush garden of small Thai-style bungalows, with personal decks, hammocks, cats, plants, and a cafe serving good coffee, brunch, smoothies, wraps, curry, and breakfast/lunch food. Location is the easy win: close to Sunrise Beach, a short walk to Walking Street, yet quieter than the center. Staff are generally warm and useful with island tips, taxis, boat trips, refunds, transport, and practical problems. Free drinking water, snorkel rental, dorm lockers, towels, and a communal fridge may be available depending on the setup. The rustic bungalow thing is real, not just decor. Rooms can be tiny, dark, hot, thin-walled, and lightly sealed from island life. AC is not consistent across room types and can be limited by schedule, so the best fit is a traveler who wants garden calm, beach access, cafe time, and a simple natural stay more than polished comfort or a reliable sleep bunker.
Signals to check
- Check the exact room type before booking; bungalows may have only a fan, while dorm or other rooms may have limited AC hours.
- Rooms can be very small, with little storage space and limited privacy.
- Mosquitoes, insects, and occasional animals are a recurring risk in the bungalows.
- Noise can carry through thin walls, nearby doors, AC units, the cafe area, or nearby bars.
- Cleanliness and bathroom maintenance seem uneven, including past issues with smells, drainage, toilet paper, bedding, and dust.
- Wi-Fi may be weak or unavailable in rooms.
- Breakfast is not always included, and the cafe may close after lunch.
