Na manhã do dia 12, encontrei várias marcas de picadas pelo corpo e informei imediatamente à administração. Eles insistiram que não eram percevejos, mas sim “mosquitos ou outros insetos”, e apenas trocaram minha cama, sem tomar nenhuma outra providência. Prolonguei minha estadia por mais uma noite, mas os sintomas pioraram, e acabei fazendo o check-out e indo ao hospital. O médico confirmou que se tratava de picadas de insetos com reação alérgica. Mesmo após eu enviar o laudo médico e as fotos, o local afirmou que “não há insetos nas camas” e ainda me ameaçou com processo por difamação. Desde então, não recebi mais nenhuma resposta. Deixo este comentário para que outras pessoas possam analisar os fatos e tirar suas próprias conclusões. ————————— I was bitten by bugs during my stay at this accommodation from October 11th to 13th. On the morning of the 12th, I found several severe bite marks on my body and immediately informed the host. They insisted it was not bedbugs but “mosquitoes or other insects,” and only offered to change my bed without taking any further action. I extended my stay for one more night, but the symptoms worsened, and I eventually checked out and went to the hospital. A doctor confirmed it was an insect bite accompanied by an allergic reaction. Even after I submitted both the medical report and photos, the host claimed “there are no bugs in our beds” and even threatened me with legal action for defamation. Since then, they have completely stopped responding. I have attached photos of the bites, the doctor’s report, and our full conversation. All evidence has been clearly documented. I leave this review so that others can see the facts and decide for themselves.
