Belgravia Hotel

Nous avons été accueillis de manière très correcte par une personne extrêmement aimable et serviable. En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, il est parfaitement situé, idéal pour se promener, et il est surtout très propre. Ne vous fiez pas aux multiples avis qui traitent des punaises de lit.

DES PUNAISES DE LIT DANS LES CHAMBRES ! ATTENTION ! Des boutons douloureux et j'ai trouvé une punaise de lit en moins de 2 minutes dans la literie de mon fils. "Heureusement", j'ai fait une réaction allergique et donc, nous nous sommes rendu compte du problème immédiatement. Mais parfois les boutons n'apparaissent qu'une fois rentrés chez soi... Et là, c'est la catastrophe !

Wir wurden in dem kleinen Hotel sehr freundlich empfangen. Check In war ab 15 Uhr, wir konnten unsere Koffer erst in dem Büro / Empfang stehen lassen, bis wir auf die Zimmer gehen konnten. Wir haben erstmal die Gegend kennengelernt. ( dazu später mehr) . Das Hotel: die unterschiedlichen Bewertungen haben uns nicht abschrecken lassen, das Hotel zu buchen. Wir haben lange nach einer guten und günstigen Unterkunft gesucht, die auch noch eine gute Lage hat. Bis wir dann das Belgravia Hotel gefunden haben. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, die Möbel in unserem Zimmer ein Sammelsurium, das Badezimmer extrem klein und insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Für uns war es für diese 5 Tage/4 Nöchte ausreichend weil wir mit diesem Hotel eine Top Lage hatten. Victoria Station ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Buckingham Palace ca 20 Minuten und Big Ben ca 25 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man kann auch die Underground oder den Bus nehmen, dann geht es noch schneller. Die Betten waren klein aber Ok. Bettwanzen gibt es nicht, das ist absoluter Blödsinn. Das WLAN ist sehr gut, Passwort gibt es an der Rezeption. Badetücher gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes auch einmal neu. Das Warmwasser hat etwas länger gedauert, aber es wurde warm. Toilette war sauber. Die kleine Küchenzeile haben wir nicht genutzt . Fernseher war vorhanden, aber nur einmal kurz ausprobiert. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es mehrere Bäckereien, Lebensmittel Geschäfte und Bistros. Das direkt nebenan können wir für ein Frühstück empfehlen. Fazit: Wir würden das Belgravia wegen der sehr guten Lage und dem sehr günstigen Preis wieder buchen. Es gibt bestimmt große Hotelketten, die sauberer, größer und komfortabler sind, kosten aber um einiges mehr. Wir waren mit dem Belgravia sehr zufrieden, weil wir freundliche Mitarbeiter, eine sehr gute Lage zu einem sehr guten Preis hatten.

Una vergüenza, camas con chinches, las duchas no tragan el agua te duchas en una piscina y ventanas no cierran bien. Nada recomendable, encima me fui con picaduras de chinches atentando mi salud y no te compensan, lo denunciaré a consumo.

Hotel infectado de chinches, la solución que te dan es dejarte toda la mañana sin habitación hasta las 15h para cambiarte a otra habitación infectada y encima no te reembolsan nada.

Asunto: Reclamación por pésimas condiciones en el Hotel Belgravia de Londres Estimados responsables del Hotel Belgravia: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes para expresar mi profunda insatisfacción respecto a la lamentable experiencia que vivimos durante nuestra reciente estancia en su establecimiento. Duramos 5 minutos en ese hotel cuando dijimos que nos íbamos el recepcionista nos dijo: feliz navidad! ALUCINANTE!!!!!!!! Desde nuestra llegada, las condiciones de la habitación y el baño asignados fueron completamente inaceptables, con problemas graves que detallo a continuación: 1. Humedad y frío: La habitación estaba húmeda, con un olor desagradable, y carecía de calefacción adecuada para las bajas temperaturas de la temporada. 2. Infestación de chinches: Detectamos la presencia de chinches en la cama, lo cual no solo representa un riesgo para la salud, sino que también demuestra una alarmante falta de higiene. 3. Suciedad y polvo: El estado general de la habitación era deplorable, con una acumulación evidente de polvo en los muebles y rincones. 4. Ventanas rotas: Las ventanas estaban dañadas, lo que no solo agravaba el frío, sino que también representaba un problema de seguridad. 5. Cama sucia: La ropa de cama no había sido cambiada antes de nuestra llegada, lo que resultaba completamente insalubre. 6. Baño en condiciones inaceptables: El baño estaba sucio, con moho en las paredes y esquinas, y el inodoro tenía restos de orina de huéspedes anteriores. Era absolutamente inadmisible. Ante esta situación insostenible, nos vimos obligados a abandonar el hotel y buscar alojamiento en otro lugar, lo que no solo generó un gasto adicional considerable, sino que también supuso un gran malestar durante nuestro viaje. Considero inaceptable que un establecimiento hotelero reciba a sus huéspedes en estas condiciones. Espero que ahora no vengan con que no hay ningún nombre con esta reserva, la reserva está hecha a nombre de mi pareja Carles Garcia. es una estafa, NO VAyais!

El hotel está infectado de chinches. Es horrible. Encima ni hacen por desinfectarlo llevan mínimo 6 meses con el problema y lo voy a denunciar en consumo. Están jugando con la salud de los usuarios y nos arruinan las vacaciones y atentan contra la salud pública. Prueba de ello tengo vídeos

Chinches en las habitaciones. Nos rehubicaron en diferentes habitaciones y todas tienen chinches y no hacen nada al respecto. El gerente es un incompetente y no hace ni el amago a hablar en español

FUYEZ ! Je sais que Booking propose parfois des prix attractifs pour cet hôtel assez bien placé dans le centre, mais ne vous faites pas avoir comme nous ! Draps et serviettes sales, humidité dans la chambre, et le pompon, des punaises de lit ! Il n'y avait aucun commentaire le stipulant au moment de notre réservation, mais je peux vous garantir qu'il y en a. Nous ne nous en sommes aperçus qu'à notre retour en France lorsque les piqûres ont commencé à sortir.

Don’t go here ,bed bugs everywhere,nobody changed bed sheets for 4 days,very uncomfortable for sleeping especially if you are taller person,shower doesn’t even work properly. Also very noisy.

Wir wurden von Bettwanzen komplett zerbissen. Ich hatte fast 100 Bisse. Das macht die gute Lage des Hotels nicht besser. BED BUGS - BEWARE

This hotel has bed bugs and they gaslight their paying customers into thinking you are the bed bug problem. Do not stay here. Especially if you are a solo female traveller as the “concierge” was asleep on a fold out bed in the lobby in pyjamas when I arrived. Disgusting, avoid, cancelled.

Bedbugs everywhere. The hotel is relatively cheap, the staff was polite and efficient. Wifi worked well, I had hot water for most of my shower. However, they seem to think bed bugs are just a small inconvenience. would definitely avoid at all costs. When confronted about the bed bugs, they just said they were sorry and that they would have to do something about it. I would have expected a full refund for the nightmerish 8 hours I spent there.

Suite à mon précédent message et à la reponse (standard et ne se remettant pas en cause comme il fallait s'y attendre) de l'hotel , nom de réservation Ollivero : Hébergement chambre C-14 en sous-sol il y a une semaine (juillet 2024) avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants pendant 5 nuits. J'ai ramené de bons souvenirs dr Londres...et des punaises de lit. J'ai été signaler au réceptionniste et montrer nos piqûres toute fraîches, mais il chercherait surtout des excuses et disait ne jamais avoir eu ce jour de problème de ce type dans cet hôtel. J'ai pourtant vu après que d'autres avis le mentionnait. De plus, ménage pas fait, on a fait un test 😞. Juste les lits sont faits et les serviettes changées (mais odeur bizarre, donc pas sûr pour le lavage). Tout ça également signalé auprès du réceptionniste, en vain. Bref, seul l'emplacement est bon. N'hésitez pas à payer un peu plus pour trouver un endroit sain pour vous et vos proches. Bon voyage...

Hôtel à fuir !!!! ❌❌❌ 😱 L’hôtel est infesté de punaises de lit et les gérants ne s’en préoccupent pas. Selon eux ça fait parti des risques en allant dans un hôtel budget. Pire ! Ils ont niés avoir des punaises de lit et nous ont accusés de mentir alors même que nous avons des preuves en photos. C’est tout simplement scandaleux ! Les chambres sont dans un états lamentables, pas du tout conformes à ce qui est présenté sur l’annonce. Un bon emplacement ne suffit pas… Je déconseille fortement !

FUYEZ. Un cauchemar. Notre chambre était infestée de punaise de lit. Et nous avons été piqué sur tout le corps. Quand je suis allée voir le réceptionniste il n’avait pas l’air du tout étonné. Il a osé nous dire que ça pouvait arriver. Comme si c’était normal. (Première fois de ma vie que je vois des punaises de lits à l’hôtel) Nous avons du jeter notre valise et tout ce qu’il y avait dedans. L’hôtel n’a pas voulu nous rembourser, ou au moins faire un geste. Cela a clairement gâchée notre séjour qui nous a coûté bien plus cher que prévu. Une honte.

Første nat boede vi på et værelse, hvor sengen stod op ad en gammel kamin. Ikke rart at sove op af. Der var et indskudt dæk under loftet som var meget beskidt og havde gammelt byggeaffald. Samme nat blev jeg “angrebet” af bed bugs. Tidligt næste morgen fortalte jeg om bed bugs og blev vist et andet værelse. Dette var i kælderen og udsigten fra vinduet var mørk fordi der var et træ dæk over. Derudover en masse byggeaffald. Generelt ikke rene gulvtæpper og vi fandt flere steder confetti fra tidligere gæster på værelset. Jeg havde håbet personalet havde tilbudt en form for kompensation for manglende rengøring. Service médiocre et personnel loin d'être aimable et compréhensif, vêtu d'un mépris sans nom. Logement insalubre avec présence de punaises de lit, la literie en est infestée !!! Nous quittons cette chambre avec des piqûres sur tout le corps ! J'ai déjà voyagé à Londres à de nombreuses reprises et je n'ai jamais rencontré d'établissements aussi catastrophiques !! je déconseille fortement que qui que ce soit y séjourne, à fuir !!!!!!!

A FUIR !! Au premier abord, on se dit que ça va. Au bout de la première nuit on se rend compte que la literie est médiocre (on sent tous les ressorts du matelas), mais le pire… on se réveille avec des piqûres partout sur le corps !!! Il y a des punaises de lit dans les matelas ! L’établissement est au courant ça a déjà été signalé ! UNE HONTE Le seul point positif c’est qu’on a réussi à se faire rembourser des prochaines nuits avec de la négociation FUYEZ !!

Worst hotel ive stayed in, in my whole life . Not clean bathroom door is broken bedbugs all over talked to them and their response was we dont know who stayed in before you 😂 no hospitality management at all they werent even helpful with my situation even tho ive showed them my arms i got not sorry or we apologize for my stay. The experience was too terrible. The pictures are fake and not real. The staff are not friendly and their attitude is bad. The beds are fully of bed bugs.

If I could give this place anything lower than a 0, I would. Initially was supposed to stay for 5 nights. The bed I was sleeping in had bed bugs, had about 10-12 bites. Also bugs and spiders in room. I informed the receptionist about the situation and was told that they can’t do much anything for me, even though they could acknowledge that it was indeed bed bug bites, leaving me a bit skeptical with how fast they accepted what I said and if this is a normal problem for them. Took us 5-6 hours with Expedia to get relocated and refunded. Hotel is a joke. Don’t be fooled by how it looks outside. ADDED: There could potentially have moments were clients may bring in bugs, but shouldn’t the rooms and beds be properly inspected before proceeding with renting? I’ve noticed that this isn’t the first review regarding bed bugs here. Do you throw out the mattresses if there’s bed bugs? From the looks of it, you definitely do not.

Ignore all the reviews including bedbugs and bad hygiene. The hotel room i stayed in was amazing and there was NO bedbugs at all, in fact it was a VERY clean room! The walls could use a small paint touch up and the curtains could have a change but overall it was a goodbasic hotel room including all you need. good place to stay for smallolidays 😎!

not surprised to see a 3.2 rating .. the room i got is very smelly and something was biting my legs all night and ended up checking out at 1 am after i couldnt tolerate the amount of bugs in the bed .. miserable experience The hotel management insist jn making most of the reviews fake so they get away from the ir resonsibility. If you compare different reviews you would know that nothing is fake but management!

We booked a room for 4 days and on day 1 we found bed bugs and had to cancel the 3 remaining nights. We showed the picture to the hotel manager and told him we booked another hotel and asked him to kindly refund us as bed bugs are real nightmares. The hotel did it reimburse us for the nights we haven’t spent in.

I was traveling from NY to London from 2/14/20-2/21/20, the first night after a few hours sleeping I felt itching, and my husband too, we both got bites by bedbugs, the same night we have to find another hotel, we even showed to them the bedbugs walking on the bed and the guy in the front desk took a picture and called the manager in front of us, the next day we went to request our refund and they said that nothing was there that we assumed that there were bedbugs. We booked two rooms and they didn't want to refund the money back for the other room because that one wasn't infected. The hotel stated that maybe we brought bedbugs in our luggage but how in 2 hours in the room even the mattress was having bedbugs, and then looking through others reviews we noticed that the hotel is having bedbugs issues for a while. The staffs are friendly and understood, but they need to be more serious about this issue, it is too bad to go on vacation and bring to your home those kind of insects.

Adequate basic accommodation in a good location close to Victoria Station. Lovely staff. I've given it a one star rating because my husband was covered in Bed Bug bites after our first night stay. We were moved to another room for the remainder of our stay which was not infested.

Stay away from this! We ended up having BED BUGS biting us and the place is not worth ur money! We ended up deciding to leave and we found a much better hotel right next door (Astors Belgravia). Same priced but definitely cleaner, super friendly staff and incl of a great breakfast. We still suffer the itching from the bed bugs :(
