   • First was staff coming in, saying nothing, and pulling back my privacy curtain as I was changing. Both the woman from the desk and the man from security saw me completely naked and didnt even seem to care. I was not even given a true apology afterwards.

   The bed was comfortable with 2 pillows and really good privacy curtains. Also came with space at the end to put your luggage. Showers were big. The rooms were extremely small and I was not given a blanket or sheet cover of any sort. The door seemed to be lockable, however no key was given so it didn't seem secure at all. Staff were rarely around or easy to be found when needed and the floors were constantly dirty. Towels had to be rented for 50 pesos. It also seemed that management was very disorganized, without anyone knowing which beds were available. I had 2 very irritating experience. First was staff coming in, saying nothing, and pulling back my privacy curtain as I was changing. Both the woman from the desk and the man from security saw me completely naked and didnt even seem to care. I was not even given a true apology afterwards. The second instance was a mix up with someone else's beds in the same room. It was past midnight and between those guests and security, multiple people entered and exited the room about 20 times. The doors are extremely loud and difficult to shut and the sound proofing was terrible. I could both hear and feel any sound and movement from the dorm next door. The hostel has a nice esthetic, but seems to be poorly managed and cared for with no attentiveness for guests.

   Multiple guests discovered cash stolen from their bags, with other guests seeing their padlocked bags attempted to be ripped open. 1 guest left her bag on her bed with the curtains closed for 10 minutes while showering to come back and find all their cash gone. These guests then went to reception about this. To be bluntly told ‘we provide lockers it’s not our problem’. Staff said this had never happened before, but we later learned of more theft the night before which staff were aware of.

   8000p was stolen from me while I went to go shower. I left my bag in bed. Another in the same room had the same thing happen to her. ANOTHER said he had money stolen from a different room previous nights before. We knew it wasn’t their fault because we didn’t lock our own belongings up. But we were both gone for 10 min. The staff were unprofessional and very unhelpful. Did not care at ALL. Asked to see security cams and they said the cameras were fake when that was a lie. We worried it was staff

   I didnt have the greatest experience at this hostel. There was no security at all. There were no locks on any of the doors or the hostel itself. There were lockers but you have to bring your own padlock. The rooms were decent. The common area was nice. The showers were terrible. The location of the hostel is good. It's only about a 10 min walk to the center.

   We booked a private room incl. bathroom. The shower did not work for 2 days, so we asked for a refund. We talked to the manager on the phone (he would not come in person). He was rude and called us many ugly things. He then kicked us out at 6 pm on the third day, because we complained. We had 30 minutes to leave, otherwise he would call the police, he said. Overall, he was very unkind and threatening. This was a very scary and uncomfortable situation, and we would not recommend this hostel.

   Good location, AC worked, staff were very friendly and helpful. The showers/toilet were not very clean and there are no locks on the doors/anybody watching overnight, so anybody can just come in. Atmosphere is very social, but this is a party hostel and the bar is right next to rooms with music until 11:30/midnight each night, depending on what you are looking for in a hostel, this can be perceived differently

   DO NOT STAY HERE!! The service is very bad, rude, unprofessional and very aggressive. The rooms are dirty and the bathrooms are gross. During a little trivia game while the whole group was heckling and getting involved. The only person singled out was a black solo female traveller. Calling them the nastiest and most disgusting person thats ever played. And to "f&ck off" and not to play the "race card". All recorded on video to support these claims. And from other reviews this seems consistent.

   Hostel was pretty clean and the beds were comfy. Staff were nice and they have free drinks every night at 8pm which brings a lot of people to the bar. Only issue I would say is the security. The rooms don't have key cards or locks and the hostel isn't locked at night, so anyon could come off the street and straight into the room.

   Air con was very poor as was water pressure. Complained about air con a few times and nothing was done to fix it! No locks on main bedroom door and no locker big enough for full bag. hangover hostel round the corner looked better.

    Not bad place if you’re looking for cheap and cheerful. Close to the main beach and restaurants, only problem for us was that the dorms had no locks or anything and anyone can just walk off the street and come in as it was not far from the road. Beds were comfy but need lights in the bunks as without them it’s impossible to see once the main lights out.
