There were bed-bugs in the room. Though we indicated the problem the hotel management didn't react. After showing the typical bite pattern of bed-bugs and asked for a partial reimbursement, they claimed that they were mosquitos. After showing even more typical bite patterns they stopped any further communication. Very un-professional and costly. One had to dry clean everything twice and the trip lost its joy function. (Cherry on the top of the cake was the "coffee-tax" communicated by the receptionist for about 45 Euro for 3 days.)
