Guest report Hostelworld
we got informed that we are relocated to another hostel 1 day before arrival and they said it was the booking system error which is stupid. They told us the new place is better quality, more expensive and it turns out to be worse. I got bitten by A LOT OF bed bugs there and now my body is so swollen. I am pissed because they just relocate me to a very bad place.
