Complaint Regarding Unsanitary Conditions and Request for Refund Dear Hotel Management, I'm writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely unsanitary and unacceptable conditions in the room I was provided. The room is infested with bedbugs and other insects, and there are hairs scattered all over the place. Due to these conditions, I'm unable to stay in the room, and I strongly request that the upcoming scheduled meeting be cancelled. The presence of bedbugs is a critical issue for me and poses a serious health concern. As a paying guest, I'm asserting my consumer rights and making the following demands: 1. Provision of quality services and accurate, truthful information regarding the hotel, the room, and the overall conditions of stay. 2. Immediate cancellation of my upcoming reservation from June 22 to June 26, with a full refund for these dates. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed to contact the appropriate regulatory bodies, including: -The Consumer Rights Protection Authority -The Public Health and Sanitary-Epidemiological Service Please consider this letter an official written complaint to your hotel’s administration, especially in light of the fact that no front desk administrator was present or available on-site to address my concerns in person.
