Hotel Anita is a basic Piraeus transit hotel built around the ferry-port move: walk to the port, stay close to Dimotiko Theatro metro, get in late through 24-hour reception, sleep, and keep moving. It works best as a one-night launchpad for early boats or airport-metro connections, not as a place to settle in. Breakfast can be a useful add-on, with the 8 euro option coming across as decent value and more varied than expected for this kind of stopover. There is a lift, luggage storage may be available, and a few rooms have balconies or terraces, including city views in better cases. Rooms vary a lot.
