Inn Possible Lisbon Hostel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. There were far too few bathrooms for the number of guests. On top of that, several showers and sinks were out of service during my stay, which resulted in long waits and very little privacy. The most serious issue was that I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay. I reported it to the reception, but I did not receive any meaningful assistance or compensation. I left with numerous bites and had to take extra precautions to clean and treat all of my clothes and belongings because of the risk of bringing bed bugs home. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hostel. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

😫Terrible experience. I found bed bugs in the bed (when I crushed one, it had blood) and woke up with multiple bites. The staff did nothing to properly address the issue and did not inform other guests; they only offered to move me to another room within the same place, which does not solve the problem. It felt like they were avoiding responsibility. For my safety, I left immediately and had to wash and dry all my clothes and backpack. I do not recommend this place.

It’s freezing in winter: no heater! Even thought it’s not their fault, I was upset after being stolen by a girl who slept in my room. This made the experience sadly negative Bathrooms need to be renovated, our wc was constantly Leacking Some guys reported bed bugs

Inn Possible was a real disappointment: poor security (brocken padlock hook), lack of privacy (showers couldn't be closed, same place of toilets), lack of cleanliness (I think there were bedbugs in my bed: I woke up with lots of bites on my face and arms, two on my eyelid which swelled up so much that I could hardly see), lack of space in the fridge (and what little there was was used by the staff). I changed hostels, even though this meant losing what I had already paid.

pretty sure I had bed bugs one night but once I advised the staff they made sure to clean my mattress and provide fresh sheets, blankets and pillows each day afterwards but somehow I still managed to get bitten in my sleep by something else even when the windows in the dorm were shut at night. I was just unlucky, unfortunately. otherwise can't really fault the place, hence why I'm still giving a high score. the €2 brekky was great too.

Nada más llegar me informan que no hablan portugués solo ingles, perdona? un hostel en Lisboa que no habla el.idioma de la ciudad? Ok, no problem... Después de pagar 4 euros por la tasa turistuca, me dicen que si quiero toallas y sabanas son 8 euros más...como? Ok, no queda otra... Al subir en la cama despertaba mi compañera ya que se mueven mucho y hacen mucho ruido, una vez en la cama no logro estar mucho rato ya que me picaba todo....no se si serán.chinches y espero que no...porque buena faena es llevar eso a casa...Total que a las 4h de la.mañana llame un taxi y me fui al aeropuerto... por cierto en el baño habia pequeñas cucarachas... vamos a tirar el dinero fui... le informe al recepcionista...pero no creo les importe mucho...
