    They didn’t give me a towel, no hot water, no soap, terrible WiFi, very cold room, light came through the windows all night from street lights, dogs were barking really loud outside all night and when I first got there they gave me a room and they couldn’t even find a key for it so after some messing around I switched rooms but very unorganised place. I also saw bugs on the bed (not sure if they were bed bugs or not but I was itching a lot)
