Read before booking: I found what appears to be a bed bug in my bed during the night (photos attached). There were also bugs seen in the shared kitchen. I contacted the hostel but nobody was available to help, so I could not sleep and had to spend the night in the reception area. When I requested a refund, it was refused. Hygiene and customer care were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other travelers to consider this before booking
