The Waterfront Hotel is all about the Portpatrick harbour position: right on the seafront, close to the village, walks, golf, pubs, and ferry-route stopovers, with some rooms getting proper sea or harbour views. Breakfast can be a bright spot, especially the cooked option, and staff are often friendly and helpful. Some rooms are clean, warm, and comfortable enough for a short, simple night by the water.
