Was really overpriced. No breakfast, entire hotel smells very damp, floor in room (25) felt like it was going to collapse if you were heavy footed,could really use a water cooler, very good location and thankfully never had bed bugs Friendly staff, very basic could use a bit of decoration.

Super close to the centre and the central station. Very cheap but some of our friends had problems with bedbugs!

The hotel was really horrible plus I got bites all over from bed bugs. Wouldn't stay there again even if free .don't go

Bed bugs!

Bed bugs. Bathroom smells of urine in an extreme way. No ventilation. Room very stuffy. Yes it’s close to centraal station but I’m really upset that the bed had bed bugs. Not cool.

Hotel staff are rude. There is no secure place to put luggage. The beds have bedbugs. The rooms smell of weed. The drains were clogged which limited water usage to avoid flooding. Simply awful!

I found out I got bed bug bites after staying there a couple of nights. The bites got really irritating, so I had to go to the doctor to get it checked out. The customer service was not that great and the managers were very rude. Stairsways is very dangerous and cramped.

They have an issue with bedbugs. Buuuut their location is amazing and prices are very affordable. Just... Bring a bug bomb?

The only good thing about this hostel was its location. Other than that, the employees, the manager, the cleanliness was absolutely appalling. The beds were infested with bed bugs, my friend was bitten over 20 times (face, stomach, arms,legs, etc.). We had to buy a new suitcase because the bugs made their way inside, wash and dry our clothes/backpacks to kill the bed bugs, and buy medicine for the bites (another €50 spent) .The hotel refused to reimburse us for this miserable stay. After several conversations between us and the receptionist and her and manager they only remembursed my friend because she was the only one with "bites". They clearly don't understand that if the bed bugs are in one bed, they're in all of them. This was an awful hostel. Do not stay here!!
