We found evidence of bed bugs here. Besides the place also has fees for just about everything extra that isn't the room. I think just about the only positive is the location which is very central and great.

Location was really good but the room was not at all good. My friend and I stayed in the room woke up and there were so many tiny bugs crawling on the floor by the bed, I have no clue what they were, I don’t think they were bed bugs. The bed was not comfortable and the singular pillow was so flat basically better sleeping on the streets.

This is NOT a SAFE STAY place to be in Prague. I was bitten by bedbugs and had a severe allergic reaction. The management pretended that this was the first time they had heard about the bedbug problem in this room. I received no apology with compensation. I regret not reading all the reviews carefully before booking. Health and hygiene standards are systematically violated here, and management only pretends to take serious measures while writing "nice" messages saying that they care. The situation with bedbugs has not changed for YEARS. AVOID THIS HOSTEL AT ALL COSTS! NOT RECOMMENDED!

There were bedbugs. We saw them swarming and crawling around. When we reported this, we were kindly assisted, and the staff promised to clean everything and spray the room. However, when we returned to our “clean” room, the bedbugs were still alive, crawling on our mattresses and walls. I went downstairs, very upset. I was responsible for seven girls as a chaperone and was treated very rudely by another staff member. By this time, it was 2:00 in the morning and everyone just wanted to sleep. We were denied help, the man at the front desk refused to call the manager and told us we had to sleep in those beds or find another place ourselves. Eventually, the manager came to handle the situation. They said they couldn’t offer us another room and claimed no hotel options were available. In the end, we had no choice but to sleep on the floor of the same room with bedbugs.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! On the first night we found bed bugs in 2 of the 8 beds of our room, it was absolutely disgusting. The hostel receptionist helped us by changing the mattresses and bed sheets but said there wasn’t another room they could give us. 3 people had to sleep on mattresses on the floor and although they had been cleaning the room for 2 hours we still found a bed bug in one of the beds. It wasn’t until the second night that they changed our room and they didn’t give us a refund for the first night. (Plus, the people at the hostel were quite rude to us regarding this situation) I recommend you all check your beds thoroughly if you stay here. Also, the reception stinks of sweat and the bunk beds have the skinniest stairs I have ever seen.

There was initially a delay to check in, nothing was explained to us about why we are delayed except “we are doing maintenance and cleaning” Once we finally checked in all that was said was windows had been painted and not to touch the frame. Inside room was basic but clean and facilities were all operational. A big issue however was BED BUGS, we had several bugs throughout our stay, only on walls and floors but not on beds thankfully - apparently a common Czech issue

There were bed bugs in my bed, which forced me to move to a different room.

I've noticed some insect on the wall top bank bed. I've killed it and it was quite bloody, didn't think of it much that moment. Next day morning they were another 3 around my bed. I've clicked that it can be bed bugs. I've reported it to the receptionist who didn't seem bothered. No apologies made. Few days after coming back l've experienced bites on my hands neck and back. I must of bring the with me. It was a nightmare. Outside of washing everything in my flat and ironing it l had to spend money on sprays, medication, ointments, bedbug traps, mattress covers, pest control specialist and l've experienced bothering nights with fear of being bitten again. The hostel ignored my messages with request for compensation covering my expenses, no answer whatsoever, no care and take of responsibility. Booking.com service has replied but with no solution to my query. I'm very disgusted and disappointed as I'm, was greatest fan of the portal, but seeing that in case like this they cannot make any actions I am feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Im Hostelzimmer gab es Bettwanzen. Das Zimmer wurde zwar sofort gründlich gereinigt, allerdings nicht die anderen Hostelzimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume. Es fehlte an professionellen Anweisungen von Seiten des Personals, was für uns Zimmerbewohner:innen konkret zu tun ist, um die Verbreitung der Bettwanzen in andere Zimmer zu unterbinden. Abgesehen von der Reinigung des einen Zimmers fanden wir den Umgang mit der Plage grob fahrlässig und haben uns deshalb unwohl gefühlt. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

OUR ROOM HAD BEDBUGS!! Our hostel stay was ok. The staff wasn‘t as friendly and welcoming as we know it from other hostels. No big effort or enthusiasm. Also all the advertised events/activities didn’t take place at all. The water in the bathroom was either boiling hot or not working (this was fixed after complaining twice). However, the locations was great! And it was quite busy which was great for meeting people.

Some of the staff is very friendly, some of the staff would rather be on their phones than speak to you. Facilities were nice and clean, the shower pressure was really good. However I woke up with bug bites over every inch of me, even on my face.

They have bedbugs. Picture is from July 2022. When I told the receptionist he said that it was mosquito bites. Only I was staying on the 3rd floor, and my mate sleeping above me didn't have any bites🤨

Receptionist was great very helpful! Same with the lovely guy behind the bar. Kitchen is tiny! We found a bed bug in our room and general cleanliness just wasn’t there :( general staff just walk into your room to clean without saying anything and generally seem abit rude. No night time activities not very social wouldn’t recommend to a solo. Bar gets opened to the public at night so anyone can walk in off the street. Location is perfect to see everything Prague has to offer.

Ze willen je niet goed zien! NO BLESSINGS AT ALL! Stonden vast in lift door fout van hostel en krijgen nu een rekening van 1320? Insane…. Nu ook nog bedwantsen… walgelijk absoluut niet heen gaan!

Got bed bugs from the private room. Horrible experience. Covered in bites after 3 days. Assumed it was monkey pox went to the emergency room told it was bedbugs from the last place I had stayed at. Cost me more than the actual hotel going to the doctors. Likely going to dispute with my bank about it.

If you are looking for a budget stay in prague with lots of bedbugs and dirty bedsheets , then you have come to the right place.... The first night I stayed there, I got bitten in 12 different spots in my back and my neck by bedbugs and spent the next couple of days of my vacation itching. When I talked to reception lady about it, she told me to just change my bed to the next one on its left, which was also very dirty. Check the photos.
