B&B Portafortuna Lucky Charm
Vibe Analysis
B&B Portafortuna Lucky Charm is a small, calm Salerno base with a very hands-on host. Maria is a big part of the stay: arrivals can feel warm and personal, with coffee, biscuits, local help, and practical directions for getting around the city and coast. The rooms are usually clean, tidy, and comfortable, with useful extras like coffee capsules, tea, water, a kettle or coffee machine, and in some rooms a mini fridge. Daily cleaning is a recurring strength, and the bathrooms can be spacious and modern. The local info booklet is the standout detail. It pulls together ferries, buses, trains, useful numbers, restaurant ideas, and even luggage transport to the station, which makes this place especially handy for Salerno, the Amalfi Coast, Paestum, and quick transit days. Location is practical rather than party-heavy: close to the train station, bus links, ferry port, seafront, supermarket, and central Salerno. Breakfast is usually a simple cafe setup nearby, typically a croissant or pastry with coffee, cappuccino, juice, or similar.
