The rooftop terrace is Mandala's best card: a chilled top-floor hangout with lake views, space to read, meet a few people, or decompress after San Pedro's party gravity field has done its thing. The kitchen is another real strength, with enough setup for cooking proper meals instead of sad instant-noodle anthropology. This is a central San Pedro base tucked down an alley near the main street, cafes, restaurants, markets, shuttles, and tour offices.
