0 hospitalidad, cama con chinches, no se podía usar la tetera hasta las 9PM Y yo quería tomar un té antes

The hostel was okay. I personally felt like I was staying in someones house. Both nights I was there I couldn’t go into the kitchen until 20:30 as they were having guests round. Not much space in the fridge, not an easy place to cook in. And i’m pretty sure the bed had bed bugs, i slept with my clothes on and used my scarf as a blanket, because i felt bites as soon as i laid down. Theres a lot of hostels around puerto montt that arent on the website, googlemaps is a way of checking this!

Slept here for two nights, no bed bugs, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and very kind hostess. She speaks English and is happy to help with anything. Safe and dry places for the bikes and good place to do maintenance. Highly recommend.

Bed bugs! We stayed at this place for 2 nights and got bitten by bedbugs as well! They were all over my clothes for at least 2 weeks! Horrible... Apart from that it was a nice little apartment. Decide for yourself...

Bed Bugs. This place is infested. The walls are covered in wood paneling, which I assume is the perfect habitat for the buggers. The blankets smelled heavily of citronella, but my travel buddy was still bit.. a lot... I really wish the best on Perla, she seems genuinely nice. I know that dealing with bedbugs is expensive, and they may not have the means to address the problem. But, I feel like I should warn others before they stay here.

There is a bed bug infestation here. After staying here and getting bitten, the bed bugs got into my luggage and i had to put all my clothes and back pack into a dryer.
