The room was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning. The fan provided in the room was not working properly, making it very uncomfortable to stay there. There was also a strong musty smell coming from the room, and it was not clean. In addition, we found insects and bed bugs, which made our stay very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the room did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Quelle surprise literie infestée de punaise de lit, déplorable pour un hôtel 3 étoile. Chambre en mauvaise état les prise ne tenais même plus sur le mur. Aucune excuse de la part du personnel, aucun remboursement ni geste commerciale pour le moment, cela fait 3 semaines que j’attend un retour.
