Don't come to this hostel, it's infested with bedbugs. I was bitten twice before I changed rooms. They weren't surprised by my discovery, as evidenced by the mattresses outside the dormitories and the numerous bloodstains all over the hotel. What's more, the dorm I'd rented was full the next day. They had re-let my previous bed. Supposedly, they'd brought in a specialist. In reality, they knew exactly what the problem was and didn't care. Moreover, if you're planning to sleep here, the construction work (they're demolishing the building next to the hotel) starts at 7am every morning until 6pm. The rooms smell rancid, and there's no ventilation anywhere. Moisture stains can be seen everywhere. In short, I don't understand how this hostel/hotel is still open. Don't come here.

I arrived there, and they gave me a lower bed. I paid before seeing the room, but the room was a dormitory with no window. It's not good, as there was no air circulation and no fresh air. Imagine 8 people sleeping there every day with no windows to clean the air. I got a lower bench, but I couldn't sleep that night, as it was missing one wooden piece from the bed. it was an empty space there, and I can not sleep in that area, as my body fell into that space because one wood from the place to keep the mattress was missing... all night light was on, it was disturbing as light could come inside the curtains of my bed.. I was searching in the room from where to swith off the lights, and I couldn't find out.. apparently from the reception they switched off, this is what I understood. I woke up the next morning with very little sleep, quite tired and not in a good mood.. I told the girl in the reception and she gave me another bed. There is not a common area where you can sit and meet people or chat, if you are in dormitory, you have to be there inside that room with not window. During the next night, I could not sleep, and I had bed bugs on the mattress, I told the girl on reception, I don't know if she understood, that the experience was terrible, and I don't advise anyone to stay in any of the dormitories, I had 2 days with very little sleep and my body beaten by Bed Bags...

Left a day early because of bed bugs!! really dark gloomy dorm rooms that smell really musty. Fine for 1 night max .

Im Zimmer war ein sehr starker Gestank, vor dem Zimmer standen ein paar Sprays gegen Bettwanzen und anderes Ungeziefer, ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es das Spray war was so schlimm gerochen hat oder etwas anderes, aber ich habe in Zimmer kaum Luft bekommen und ich bin definitiv nicht empfindlich, aber sogar als ich im nächsten Hostel war haben meine Klamotten noch stark danach gerochen, die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen, das Bad befindet sich auf einer anderen Etage was weiterhin nicht so schlimm ist, im Zimmer befinden sich allerdings auch Kameras, was ich etwas befremdlich fand. Leider gibt es auch keinen Aufenthaltsraum.

That you encounter rats and cockroaches in Asia is nothing rare and I wouldn't include it in the rating, but bedbugs are. The whole bed and the curtains in front of it were full of bed bugs. Obviously the problem was known and yet not enough is being done about it. Our whole body was full of bites and we were only told to let the cleaner know. This is acceptable and contributed significantly to us not feeling comfortable.

I found so many BEDBUGS in my bed and in the bed curtains. I didn’t sleep all night, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable and noisy.

Bed bugs! And then I had to convince the staff it was a big problem. They refused to give me a refund and I had to negotiate to stay in a different bed for a couple hours after checkout to catch up on sleep.
