The bed have bed bugs, room for all females have no key, which means anyone can get in. The bathroom are not being cleaned everyday

Avoid this place at all costs. We booked a 6-bed dorm, and the room was infested with large bed bugs. All of us were left with multiple itchy, red bites. Even as of 18 March 2026, this issue has still not been fixed. When we asked the staff to clean the room or change the bedsheets, they refused, saying they had no extra bedsheets and told us to find another hostel. It’s unacceptable for any accommodation to not have basic essentials like spare bedsheets. This place clearly does not care about hygiene or its guests.

We stayed for 2 days, till 18th Mar 2026. The receptionists are friendly when it came to helping us out in flight issues and calling customer cares. However, I feel basic sanitation is the minimum requirement of any stay. My criteria of rating starts with prioritising cleanliness, and then amenities. The fact our beds had BED BUGS shows a big fault. Also, as an add on, when we asked for change in bed sheets due to this, there were no spare bed sheets available. They did give us the option to refund and book another stay. My friends were battling bed bugs midnight (they were visible), buying repellants. Weird.

This was the WORST experience of my life in a hotel/hostel. We booked a whole dorm of 6 beds and the whole room was filled with huge BED BUGS. All of my friends had multiple bug bites and extremely itchy red marks. As of 18 March 2026, the BEDBUGS INFESTATION is still not taken care of. When we asked the staff to change and clean the bedsheets and room, we were told that "THERE ARE NO EXTRA BEDSHEETS AND YOU CAN CHANGE THE HOSTEL". What kind of accomodation does not have spare bedsheets? I suggest you to not book this place as now I see this infestation issue has been going on for over a year.

So where do I start. Firstly I found bedbugs in my bunk and squashed a couple of them. Obviously, this is absolutely unacceptable. I notified the reception who gave me one night’s refund. Sadly, this is the perfect example of how unclean this hostel truly is. The bathroom in my dorm was absolutely filthy. Also, there seems to be lots of dogs running around so the whole place smells of wet dog. Basically, if you don’t like dogs, don’t stay here. The locker space in the dorm is kind of on a balcony and the guy in the bunk below me would go out and smoke on the balcony which is against the rules. It made the dorm smell of cigarettes. I told reception but they didn’t seem that bothered about it. The pillows were poor quality, so I got lots of aches and pains because they didn’t support my head. There are no keys or key cards for the hostel, so you just come and go as you please. Which doesn’t seem very good for security. I’m quite sure that anybody could just walk off the street, nod to the security guy after hours and he would let them in. I guess I shouldn’t be that surprised by all of the above given just how ridiculously cheap it is to stay in this place but that doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t have standards. I would not stay here again and I would absolutely not recommend it to anybody. Avoid.

Honestly loved the staff here, friendly and lovely. Location was great as well as it’s less than 5 mins walk away from the beach. But I really think that this place could do with a proper deep clean. The toilets aren’t the cleanest, and I sadly found a bedbug during my stay.

Fantastic location and friendly staff, however I did find bedbugs during my stay. The staff were as helpful as they could be and washed all my belongings free of charge which was good, how after reading previous reviews it seems this is an ongoing issue. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep during my stay because of this and even after room was ‘fumigated’, there were still bugs everywhere. Whole dorm I stayed in had bed bugs, every single bed. And a lot of bugs we were up all night killing them. Was traumatic. Staff seemed like they weren’t aware of it but that many bed bugs do not appear over night. I believe they covered the cost of some of the washing but that’s all.

Great location. Lots of stairs to take if you’re in the upper floors. There were bed bugs in the room during my stay.

Soo many bedbugs

Pretty dark inside the building and the rooms. Staff was extremely nice and kind. I think there are better options but location is awesome. Not the best but not the worst I was worried about bed bugs while I was there due to other reviews.

Unless you want bedbugs do not stay here!!! Upon checking in, the room appeared clean. However, don’t be fooled the beds are infested with bed bugs. Saw one little bug in the morning and after inspecting the mattress and bed frame more closely, I found bedbugs crawling in the seams. Realized our belongings were also covered in bed bugs. Had bed bugs in first room, was moved to another room and had all clothes cleaned for free which was good. The atmosphere was very quiet, not a lot going on
