Found bed bugs on the morning I left for the airport.

I got bedbugs from my stay :(

Bed bugs.

Bed bugs infected. I had extremely bad experience sleeping in Room5 bed F . I couldn't sleep due bed bugs bits, I saw them in morning crawling in bed. I had around 12 bits in my feets , arms & neck .

They have problems with check in. They asked me about my arrival and told that check in starts at 2pm. I answered that I will arrive from 2 to 3pm. But when I arrived nobody was there and the door of the hostel was closed. I checked for any instructions from them an hour before and the wasn't anything. So I had to look for the spanish phone and call them, only then they sent me instructions and let me in. Their shower turns on only for 5 seconds. Even tap works longer. So it can be hard to take a shower. Can be a bit noisy in the bedroom, because of sounds of flowing water when somebody uses bathroom. Also after this hostel I've got a lot of bites on my body, they are a bit similar to the bites of bedbug. So there's a possibility that they have bedbugs.

Got bed bugs staying here. Gutted as my trip was short so wanted to avoid that and chose to stay at this hostel because of the positive reviews. Receptionist was helpful and provided me a full refund and explained it may have been carried from another traveller. Unfortunately for me I got bites and irritation on my skin which left me feeling annoyed on my short getaway.
