2 baños individuales por planta (de lo que sepa) no sé si son suficientes para todos los alojados en hora punta.

The photos on their website and google maps are unfortunately misleading. Our room was on the older side of the hostel, where the bathrooms were in bad condition and the rooms were not well preserved. Our 4-people room could barely fit all of us standing and there was no storage room expect some old lockers. The photos are all from the newer side of the hostel and these are decent, but you have to be lucky to be placed there. For me, the worst part were the bed bugs. I have many bite marks after sleeping there 4 nights and I read in previous reviews that people had the same experience. Even if the staff was helpful and welcoming, I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

This hostel has bedbugs, it's impossible to sleep because of the renovation, and the staff smiles in your face and then fraudulently writes off money from your card.

Bedbugs on the hostel! Had to take care of severe rashes on my stay and treat all of my things to ensure I wasnt carrying them. Additionally they refused to hear my complains. Totally disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

BED BUGS and dishonesty – stay away from this hostel! I’m genuinely shocked that this place has good reviews. My stay at O2 Hostel was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Within the first night, I started waking up with itchy red bites, which got worse the next day. I told the staff immediately and that’s where the real nightmare began. They told me “this can’t be bed bugs” or even worse — that I brought them with me. That’s a ridiculous claim. I had just come from staying with a friend in a clean, well-kept home, where there are absolutely no pests. I’ve never had bed bugs in my life until staying here. I asked to be moved to another room as soon as I noticed the bites. They claimed the hostel was fully booked. But I saw other guests checking into rooms while I was there, so that was clearly a lie. One of the staff members tried to help by changing my bed sheets (which obviously didn’t fix anything). They told me I was the only one having this problem and then went on to tell me story after story trying to convince me that it wasn’t bed bugs, just “mosquitoes” .It was clear they were just trying to protect their image instead of taking action. I asked for a refund for the nights I had to endure there they refused, and only gave back my €5 deposit. No compensation, no solution. Because of this, I had to leave in the middle of my stay, urgently find a new place, and wash all my clothes and luggage to make sure I didn’t bring anything with me. This cost me time, stress, and extra money all because they wouldn’t take responsibility for an obvious infestation. On top of everything, there’s ongoing construction in or the building, and starting from 8 AM every day, you’ll hear loud drilling and hammering, making it impossible to sleep or rest in the morning. I’ve stayed in many hostels around the world I know what to expect from budget places. But this was not about low price this was about complete disregard for hygiene, customer care, and honesty. If you care about your health, safety, sleep, and basic respect, do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. It’s not worth the risk, and if something goes wrong don’t expect real help from the staff. They will ignore you and make you feel like it’s your fault. I wouldn’t wish this experience on any traveler. There are many other hostels in the city choose literally any other one.

I have no idea how this place have good raiting. Avoid this place! I got bitten by bed bugs, and the staff denied everything, even suggested I brought them. No refund (only €5 deposit), and they lied about having no free rooms. I saw people checking in! I had to find a new place and wash all my stuff. Plus, there’s loud construction from 8 AM, so sleeping is impossible. Terrible experience. Do not stay here if you care about cleanliness or basic respect.
