Lokalizacja, a obok jest super kawiarnia. Nach nur einer Nacht in diesem Hostel bin ich mit rund 50 Stichen von Bettwanzen am ganzen Körper aufgewacht. Der Zustand war extrem schmerzhaft und unangenehm. Ich habe versucht, den Betreiber zu kontaktieren – mini Reaktion, null Hilfe. Anschließend habe ich sowohl das Gesundheitsamt als auch das Ordnungsamt informiert. Leider haben sich auch diese Behörden nicht zuständig gefühlt und die Verantwortung weitergeschoben. Das Ergebnis: eine massive allergische Reaktion, die beinahe zu einem Krankenhausaufenthalt geführt hätte. Zusätzlich musste ich Medikamente kaufen, Arztbesuche bezahlen und meine gesamte Kleidung und mein Gepäck aufwendig reinigen. Die Folgen sind nicht nur körperlich, sondern auch psychisch und finanziell schwer belastend. Es ist ein unglaubliches Enttäuschungserlebnis, wie man hier als Gast behandelt wird – keinerlei Verantwortung, keinerlei Unterstützung. Ich hoffe, dass Booking.com als Hauptvermittler diese Angelegenheit endlich ernst nimmt und Konsequenzen zieht.
