It’s good for the price and to stay 1 or 2 nights but not more. I stayed in a dormitory (number 2) and the beds were really loud and I thought the person on top of me would fall on me every time they moved. I highly recommend to get ear plugs. The bathrooms were not very clean and there were some stains on the bed sheets. Overall I was not mad about it but the day I left, in the afternoon, I noticed a lot of bed bugs bites on my back. Maybe you should do something about it. It’s ok it happens in old buildings but please do something about it.

Unfriendly !!! They made my stay so uncomfortable and i am sure that i had bed bugs! Better dont go there!! Way better places in krakow !! They just speak in their own language, even if you ask the resceptionist something they start speaking in polish and looking at you in a way which says to shut up and go away.. sad. I am happy that i will never see one of them again! Safe travels!

Dear travelers be careful and don’t book this hostel. I wanted to stay there for 3 nights but I had to leave after one night. I had bed bugs in my bed (dorm 1) which bite me all over my body. When I told the staff about this they didn’t care and told me it’s my problem not theirs. I never met such unfriendly people working for a hostel. Another guy in the dorm also got biten by the bugs and they talked to him the same way. Please safe yourself and don’t go there, you will find way better hostels in Kraków.

I found nests of bed bugs in my room. I was bitten in the night and my whole body was itching. The manager of the place was rude and didn’t seem to be really concerned about the bugs. He said it had happened to them before so I guess they won't get rid of these insects soon. Stay away from that place!
