Wan Residence Ratchatewi

Had a great stay at Wan Residence for 8 days 7 nights. The place is convenient and accessible with amenities (eg. 7-eleven, pharmacy, barbershop, and eateries) within 2-5mins walking distance, BTS within 5-10mins walking distance. The residence is also located near popular malls as shown in the map as well. The room is spacious for 2pax, and just right for 3pax. Housekeeping available between 8.30am - 5pm, be sure to hang the tag. Bed is clean and comfortable with no presence of bed bugs (thankfully) and water pressure in the toilet is great. Room soundproofing is a 9/10 for me given that there are partitions (only around the toilet) but as the neighbourhood is quiet and no rowdy guests, this aspect is a negligible issue. If you are a very light sleeper, do consider some earplugs. Owner was responsive to my queries during and prior to my stay. Flexible check-in and check-out timings and arrangements, but do discuss it with the owner. Do note that there will be a 500baht deposit for the keycard so be sure to have that ready. No smoking within the rooms and residence but okay to smoke outside, with ashtray and seats + table provided. Booking was made on Trip.com for SGD$500+ but I would recommend you to book with the owner directly for better rates. Overall, an excellent stay which contributed to my first experience travelling to Thailand. Would definitely make my booking with Wan Residence again.
