Bed bugs!!! Showed the staff my bites and they offered no reparations.

Las sábanas son limpias y nuevas pero tienen problemas de chinches de cama. Levantándome por la mañana me encontré una chinche en mi cama. Lo siento.

Gave me bedbugs and subsequently a lot of anxiety, stress and sores.

Discovered a dead bed bug and some bed bug shedding in the room - made the rest of the stay feel quite unclean and uncomfortable. Bathroom facilities were not the best - doors not locking on showers etc.

Bed bugs, I got a refund when I cancelled successive night, but no apology from staff.

The reality is sorely disappointing. Unfriendly check in. No welcome, no orientation. Bed bugs in single private room.

The fact you cant park in its massive parking lot and so you have to drive around the streets nearby causing congestion and increasing the ozone layer ! I would happily have paid to park there if that was an option. The residents nearby must be so pleased to have all the cars from visitors to this hotel - taking up parking places. It was disconcerting to watch a video being shown in the canteen whilst having breakfast- all about bed bugs and how to deal with them!!

Nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit. Nous avons dû changer d’établissement et nous n’avons pas eu de dédommagement autre que le remboursement. L’établissement est à un bon 15-20 minutes du centre mais avec une pente très à abrupte.

Check out time was very early, 9.30am, there were bed bugs. It was very cold, radiators were not on.

The corridors need ceilings and softer finishes to dampen the acoustics. People talk in the corridors and it echoes very loud Maybe better for seals to cut corridor noise down. Appreciate they are bed bug conscious with so many people but maybe a fleece type fitted sheet in lieu on the flat cotton could make it more homely

The building was historical and had a nice view in the center. It was an easy and quick taxi ride from the Cathedral. I did walk to the Cathedral twice from it as well. The showers were nice with hot water and very clean. The beds were bedbug proof being heavy rubbery plastic coated mattresses. Extra blanket available was nice. The cafeteria was a nice convenience. But the staff was the highlight. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Encontramos un chinche (cimice, bed bugs) y la avisamos a recepción que nos contestó que había muchas y que no era una novedad. Me parece grave. El precio es alto por lo que ofrece.

Nous avons vu deux punaises de lit dans la chambre et l avons signalé par mail. Nous n avons eu aucune réponse à ce jour. C est assez étonnant voir inquiétant.

Las camas estaban sin hacer. Es verdad que en el anuncio del alojamiento, si buscas, encuentras que no dan toallas. Lo primero creo que debería estar mejor indicado y lo segundo, que por el precio, lo mismo deberían estar incluidas. En la zona de duchas femenina, no había ningún perchero o similar para dejar la toalla y la ropa limpia. La gente lo dejaba en el suelo. La habitación en general parecía limpia, pero al acostarnos vimos unos bichos rojos por la cama, los buscamos con Google Lens y resulta que eran chinches, en pleno 2024, increíble. Pero ahí no acaba la historia, por la mañana tenía una garrapata en la pierna bien llena de sangre. Una estancia de terror en cuanto a la higiene, la verdad.

I think I got bed bugs here. Would be good if they provide a sheet to use below the duvet, aswell as the one provided for the bed mattress Location-I prefer the venues more central/near Cathedral. I didn't like walking back here alone at night.

Las camas no eran nada cómodas, se oía todo de las habitaciones de al lado, y las ventanas no tienen cortinas en todo el recinto, sales de la ducha de hombres y enfrente hay habitaciones con mujeres que están mirando cuando sales de la ducha. No hay intimidad. No televisión. Todo antiquísimo. Recuerda a una cárcel. A las 00:30 está prohibida la entrada al seminario, lo que si quieres ir a ver la catedral de noche, entre que a las 22:30 empieza a anochecer y se tarda 20 min en ír al centro… No hay toallas. Ni jabón para poder ducharte. Hay avisos de prevención de chinches en las televisiones del recinto. Por sugestión ya hace que te pique todo. Las mantas creo que no se lavan de huésped a huésped. Lo barato sale muy caro.

In meinem Bett gab es Bettwanzen. Da ich vorab meine komplette Wäsche inklusive Rucksack bei 60 Grad gewaschen und getrocknet habe, waren diese definitiv schon vorher da. Keine Reaktion auf meine Email, keine Gäste mehr auf das Zimmer zu lassen. Schade, zumindest irgendeine Reaktion wäre angebracht gewesen.

I also had bed bugs which someone on August 31, 2023 wrote about. The room was not clean with hairs on the floors and curtsies on the sink. Someone joked that the journey to the bathroom is its own Camino. They were not wrong. The place is eerie.

Saw bed bugs and was biten by them.
