Pangea Tropea

Pangea Tropea is a small, social hostel with a very hands-on host and a strong shared-space focus. The garden, patio, common area, and bar give it an easy place to hang out, and the overall setup is built for meeting people without feeling chaotic. The beds and rooms are set up with privacy curtains, lockers, USB or plug access by the bed, and air conditioning in at least some rooms. The kitchen is well equipped, with coffee or espresso available, and there are small practical touches such as a phone holder on the bed and steps instead of ladders in some sleeping areas. The location is walkable to the beach, the town center, the train station, and nearby supermarkets, with one supermarket right across the street. There is also a hostel rabbit named Houdini, and the place sometimes runs shared dinners or BBQs.
