The room was a little run down and not so clean, but for the cheap price and the good location it was fine.

Un des lits dans la chambre de 4 filles avait un problème de lattes donc pas très confortable, odeur pas super agréable dans certaines parties de l’auberge, salle de bain pas très propre mais c’est pas horrible non plus. Un seul lavabo donc il y a la queue le matin pour se brosser les dents

Chambre très sale. Des punaises de lit sont présentes. Pas d’espaces pour déposer ses affaires (serviette, vêtements) dans les douches. Toilettes sales

Mot à la porte de la chambre où est inscrit qu'il y a eu désinsectisation pour punaise de lit deux semaines avant / en aucun cas je n'ai été prévenue Draps non changés, salle de bain sale.

Bed Bugs, I don’t know why, there are no comments about bed bugs in booking but it’s full of bedbugs comments on Google. I saw it a little late and had already booked. I was not refunded my stay. Unacceptable, I had to find a new hostel last minute.

This hostel has bed bugs! When we informed the staff, we got another room, but the staff was not surprised at all! In general, it is very dirty and it smells bad everywhere. The bathrooms are terrible, the showers have not place to dry yourself or change. The toilets are very smelly. The lockers are tiny so that there is not possibility to lock your luggage. I would definitely not recommend!

No sé ni por dónde empezar, el olor nada más entrar por la puerta era terrible, al llegar a la habitación todo estaba tremendamente sucio. Había moho en los baños y en las almohadas, los suelos estaban de no haber sido ni barridos en meses o incluso años, los detectores de humo tapados con papel film… en fin todo absolutamente terrible para nuestra salud. Para añadir, nos encontramos al tercer día chinches y evidentemente tuvimos que cambiarnos de alojamiento. Simplemente terrible.

Bedbugs!! I woke up in the middle of the night feeling something in my left hand. My hand and arm were totally red. Because of that, I couldn't sleep :( I didn't have this problem in my previous hostel. I pick up this one because is close to FlixBus station but after what happened, I will never book again with them.

Auberge de jeunesse dans laquelle j’ai déjà été 2 fois, mais cette fois je suis vraiment déçue. Je n’ai fait qu’une nuit sur les 2, m’étant fait piquée par des punaises de lit j’ai préféré partir et me payer un hôtel pas loin.

Without a shadow of a doubt, this was the worst hostel experience I've ever had in my entire traveling life. My first problem was when I confirmed my booking, where they simply didn't make it clear that check-in was only possible up to a certain time, which was well before the time I would be able to arrive, taking into account the time of my flight. A solution was only found after I requested my refund, so I was given the code for the main door of the room, but no pillow or blanket was made available where they said it would be. After all this trouble, I was faced with a room that was extremely damp, badly organized, dirty, with 12 beds instead of the 8 they said on the booking, not all the beds had light bulbs or sockets, the curtains were filthy, and the beds had bedbugs. On my second day, my password simply didn't work when I came back at night, and there was no member of staff at reception to help me. I was lucky that another guest had left the room, which allowed me to get in and not sleep in the corridor.The fire sensors were covered in plastic so that the steam from the shower wouldn't trigger them... The hostel doesn't have any covered communal areas, but they do have a cold terrace which is always full of garbage and rats climbing on the tables (I managed to record it). In addition, my friend made a reservation by mistake in a female room, and was informed that there were no vacancies in the mixed room so that the change could be made free of charge, so he should be allocated to a private room and pay the difference, but when he arrived to check in he was informed that it would no longer be necessary.

Não gostei do atendimento, eu reservei errado em um quarto feminino, aí me disseram que iam me por em um quarto privado e pagar um valor adicional, mas quando eu cheguei lá me manterão no quarto feminino e disseram que não precisava mais pagar nada. Depois me mudaram pro quarto privado e pediram pra cobrar. Trocaram minha coisas de quarto e ainda perderam meu chinelo. Fora os ratos e percevejos.

I’m pretty sure there was either bed bugs or spiders because I woke up each day with more and more itchy bite marks. There also wasn’t a place to hang jackets or clothing in the room.

Since the hostel was fighting bedbugs, pillows and blankets (with pillowcases and duvet covers already on, which were wrinkled) were in the lockers (for the key of which a deposit of 20Euro is charged),so itэs unknown whether the linen was changed after the previous guests! No one helped me with my luggage! Since all the mattresses were soaked in a solution to fight bedbugs, I had to sleep breathing in the smell of chemicals! There is no kitchen or refrigerator in the common area -only kettle!

Be prepared that the hostel not only has bedbugs, but also exterminates them during the guests' stay! When the men spraying the chemical was dressed in a protective suit and mask, the guests are forced to breathe in the chemical solution for exterminating insects, since this smell cannot be dissipated in a few hours! The bed, already made up with a pillow and blanket, was taken out of the closet (for the key of which a deposit of 20Euro is required)-it is unknown whether it was changed at all!

Worst hostel I have ever stayed at. The place is disgusting and I was greeted with an enormous amount of bed bugs. By the time I got bitten a dozen times no one was around to help. I had to leave and find different accommodation. They never provided a refund to me. DO NOT STAY HERE! 0 stars

Les punaises de lits. Dans la première chambre où j’étais puis je suis allé à la réception me plaindre et montrer les images prises de ces punaises. On m’a attribué une autre chambre à l’étage supérieur. Pour au final en trouver aussi. J’ai dû dormir au rez-de-chaussée sur une chaise car la nuit il n’y a plus personne jusqu’au lendemain. Une nuit catastrophique, inconfort total. Le matin je me suis plainte de nouveau. Rien n’a été fait.

Primero comienzo conque la ubicación es lejos de todo, 30 min para llegar a lo más turístico y 10 min caminando para llegar a la estación, ademas el olor, nunca vi que le hiciera aseos a los espacios, estuve 3 días y vi el mismo mugre y hasta peor en las habitaciones, el wifi es PÉSIMO, no sirve para nada, además hay un recepcionista que te responde grosero, no es mucho lo que te ayuda, casi siempre está en las noches, todo el tiempo se la pasa tosiendo, las sábanas eran horrible, la almohada olía horrible, había un letrero en la sala que recién habían tenido que fumigar porque tuvieron chinches, los baños pequeños, tampoco vi que los asearan, no tenían jabón, nada, cuando llegas te entregan las llaves de un locker, ahí está la sábana, cobija y almohada que vas a utilizar, tuve que hacer yo mi cama, me parece caro para el precio, porque ni regalado me volvería a quedar ahí, en el cuarto que me toco era para 12 personas , el mugre, el desorden y nadie limpio, siempre vi la canasta de basura a rebosar, las instalaciones feas, no las cuidan.

Bedbugs!! The beds in the room I was in were head to tail touching each other so my head was less than 10cm from the guy in the bed next to me, and same with my feet. I woke up on the third day covered in bites.

BEDBUGS!!! I was only staying one night because I had a long layover and wanted to see a little of paris. I went to sleep and woke up so many times because I was so itchy. Eventually I couldn’t sleep because of the itchiness so I got up and looked around my stuff and saw two bedbugs. One on my suitcase and the other on my backpack. I left the room for the bathroom and found one other bedbug on the shirt I was wearing. I immediately changed into the only clean clothes which was thin pjs and a thin sweater. I went downstairs but only security was there and they said that I had to wait until 9 AM for reception. Mind you, it was three in the morning when I went downstairs. I waited for 6 hours in the lobby where it was freezing cold. Then when reception got there they said they would clean my clothes and my suitcase. But then they ended up showing me where I could do the laundry myself, but I could only use on tiny washing machine and no dryer. So i ended up going to a laundromat and doing it myself and spending the money. I asked if they could clean my suitcase at least because I didn’t have a hard cover suitcase, I had a a soft material suitcase and was scared that if i didn’t get it properly cleaned washing my clothes would be for nothing. They couldn’t even help me with that. Called everywhere asking if anyone cleaned suitcases and ended having to buy two new ones.

Las camas no eran tan cómodas y uno solo busca el lugar para dormir, habían chinches asiq eso hizo que dormir fuera casi imposible. La habitación muy linda si, pero bueno no pudimos dormir tan bien nada más.

La saleté et les punaises de lit

Un peu de laisser-aller dans la propreté et ds le rangement. Dortoir un peu trop chargé en lits. Des ronflements et beaucoup de désordre des jeunes qui n'ont pas fait leur service militaire...Beaucoup de crainte au sujet d'un risque de punaises de lit qui ne semble pas inquiéter le personnel. Équipement en toilettes insuffisant.

Le linge de lit était sale et j'ai retrouvé des punaises de lit..

Puces de lit Pas d’égards pour la clientèle, ça fait un mois qu’ils sont infectés et l’établissement ne ferme pas le temps de traiter le pb Pas d’égards quand on demande un remboursement parce que nous ne voulons plus dormir chez eux au vu de l’alerte aux punaises de lit.

Me abrieron la taquilla y me robaron. Hostel insaluble, debería estar cerrado, no cumple los requisitos para poder estar abierto. Todo muy sucio y muy mal olor en todo el hostel. Tuvieron que fumigar todo el hostel por problemas de chinches y otros bichos. Camas muy ruidosas, colchones con manchas, sabanas sucias y con mal olor. Duchas con moho y da asco ducharse, muy estrecha. Personal desagradable y es dificil la comunicación con ellos (los que llevan el hostel son chinos y solo sabe hablar chino, ingles y frances). En la pag de booking dice que te cobran 80 centimos por impuestos y cuando llegas te dicen que es un 1 € por noche. No entiendo como no le cierran el hostel con tantas criticas y como no hacen nada para mejorar.

Onvriendelijk personeel, bedwantsen in onze kamer. Noodgedwongen om middernacht een ander hotel moeten zoeken. Personeel heeft ons daarbij niet geholpen. Alsnog moeten we betalen voor de nacht terwijl we daar niet geslapen hebben.

THERE ARE BED BUGS! BETTWANZEN! BUCHT AUF KEINEN FALL, IHR WERDET DIE NICHT LOS! YOU CAN‘T GET RID OF THEM, THEY ARE EVERYWHERE BECAUSE IT IS SO DIRTY!!

The bathroom facilities need constant repair (sink became clogged, showerhead broke). The guests don't respect the communal space, so it's not always clean. Would be nice if the windows had screens. Had many bug bites after my stay (whether they were bed bugs or something else, I don't know).

Había chinches en la cama, amanecí con picaduras..tienen que desinfectar el Hostel

DO NOT RECOMMEND . The beds were filthy and had bed bugs!!! The showers have mold and the stench is unbearable. When I told them it was inhospitable and wanted a refund they refused. Ended up booking somewhere else and wasting my money.

Everything the staff were rude, there was blood and coffee stains on my covers/pillows and buggers up the wall. Left with several bedbug bites. Absolutely vile stays away lucky for me my stay here was very long!!!

I've read negative comments. Unfortunately, they turned out to be true. Another person who later came to the hostel used the same bed. In the middle of the night I had to take my stuff and move to another room. The room on the second floor was dire. A mountain of food on the table and floor. The place needs deworming. There's no way you won't be bitten by bedbugs. On the terrace, which could be a nice meeting place, someone is holding rotten meat. I wonder for what purpose. Has anyone dried this meat and something went wrong? There was rotten, smelly meat (beef and fish) on the tables on the terrace. I had to take a picture because I've never seen anything like it. You will get the odor for free.

Me parece un buen lugar para un mochilero para un viajero de paso , el q va por unos días a conocer la ciudad ,me ayudaron bien con mi llegada tarde al hostal , ya que no cuentan con recepción después de una hora , los visitantes deben tener claro que es un lugar económico , si esperan comodidades no las hay, buen internet esos si. Fácil llegar varios servicios públicos , agua caliente . De pronto le faltan ser un poco más empatizo al staff. Cumplió mis expectativas . No tuve problemas con chinches creo que

I get to the hostel late in the evening and am helped by a very friendly staff member who gave me all the info I needed about the facility and checked me in very quickly and efficiently. Showers are clean, beds have bedbugs. Great location close to tourist attraction, bus, and laundry mat near.
