Awful experience. The photos on HostelWorld weren’t remotely close to what our room looked like. Facilities were disgusting and dorm had bedbugs. Volunteers were friendly and easy to deal with but no presence of management to deal with the issues. Got the managers number off a volunteer and they repeatedly ignored my messages and calls regarding the bedbugs situation. Couldn’t recommend it less.

Nice people, beautiful hostel with nice theme but.. I got bedbugs in my bed. This is sometime that can happen and they were very emphatic towards the situation but while I got 50% off for my 3 nights staying there, I think I should have gotten my money back. Bed bugs is quite the nuissance to say the least and is quite a damper on the trip. It also stops people from complaining ;)

Hostel itself isn't bad has good ac and curtain on the bunks. Bad part is my bed, room 2, had a bunch of bed bugs 01/07/2025. They spread easily so I wouldn't recommend staying there at the moment if you care about bed bugs.

Bed bugs in the room. Dirty bedsheet, dirty bathrooms. If you want to leave your lagguage in the building before your check in, the room is not closed or even under surveillance.

This hotel is in a great spot, the staff is very accommodating, and the single room with a bathroom I stayed in met my expectations. I did not have a chance to participate in activities and, hang out in common spaces, but the car service to and from the airport was a great benefit. I did get bed bugs from this stay on 6/24, and left my bags in the storage area, so hopefully this issue has been resolved at the hotel.

It has to be said. My room had bedbugs. After my first night, I noticed a couple itchy welts on my arms that I assumed were allergic reactions to cat scratches. The second night I woke up scratching furiously. About a dozen welts on my arms and neck I pulled off all the sheets and looked under the mattress. I found two bedbugs Ripped everything off. Checked the underside of the mattress. Didn't see any dark spots I was the only person in a room of six beds to get bit that night, but the b
