Hammock Plantation is a low-key Palmarcito beach base a few minutes from the sand, with hammocks doing exactly what the name promises. It works best as a quiet reset spot between El Tunco and El Zonte: beach walks, pool dips, cooking in the shared kitchen, morning coffee, and a lot of lying around under palms. The standout here is the hammock-heavy outdoor setup. There are shaded places to read, nap, play a board game, or just disappear from the tourist churn for a while, plus a pool and a garden feel with cats around.
