A restored old Greek house in Mustafapasa gives this place its character: stone, courtyard calm, vintage-style rooms, and a small-village setting away from the Goreme crush. It suits Cappadocia days that start with tours and end somewhere quieter, with local restaurants, cafes, a market, and the town square close by. Rooms are generally clean, stylish, and comfortable, with strong showers in many rooms, working heating or air conditioning, and some larger rooms or balcony options. The building feels more boutique hotel than rowdy hostel, so the energy is mellow, architectural, and personal rather than party-heavy. The team is a major part of the stay here. Staff help with balloon rides, red and green tours, taxis, transfers, WhatsApp requests, early wake-ups, luggage, room changes, and awkward travel problems. Mücahit, Ayşenur, Ayşegül, Müco, and Ediz stand out for hands-on hospitality. Breakfast is usually a strength: generous, table-served, and full of Turkish staples like eggs, bread, olives, cheeses, jams, potatoes, fruit, and tea. It can be excellent on the terrace, but the usual 9:00 start may clash with early Cappadocia tours.
