    Sierra Minca hostel disappointed us. Despite prepaying for 3 nights, they claimed no booking due to issues with Hostelworld. Offered a small tent, we settled for a noisy 12-bed room. Late-night local parties disrupted our sleep from 2 am to 6 am. Leaving early, no refund was possible. Frustrating stay marred by organizational problems and disruptive noise.

    Our experience at Sierra Minca hostel was disappointing. When we arrived, they made us prepay for 3 nights. Then after we paid they claimed not to have our booking due to disassociation with Hostelworld. We were offered a small pop-up tent initially but declined, settling for a 12-bed room. All night our sleep was disrupted by loud, late-night local parties, starting at 2am and continuing until 6am. We decided to leave early and of course were told that a refund for the remaining nights would not be possible. Overall, a frustrating stay ruined by bad organisational issues and disruptive noise.
