I got bed bugs while staying there. When we arrived, the AC started spewing dirt onto the bed and the next day the cleaners didn't even change sheets. As a result it's not surprising at all. When reaching out to them about this incident, they never responded. Unbelievable.

The bed in my room had bed bugs, when I informed the receptionist she told me it's mosquitoes. I went to my doctor due to itching, redness and discomfort and was reassured that I was bitten by bedbugs. Otherwise, the safe are very polite and respectful.
