Dirty, we had to change our hotel rooms, some kind of bed bugs/ tick on the bed, inside the cover, on the table. It was just bad. When i reached home, we took all our Used and unused Clothes to the laundry to Wash and steam our Clothes.

Honestly, I’ve stayed in 5 hotels during my few weeks in Thailand and this was by far the worst one. The location was awful, it’s a 25 minute walk to town, so we were forced to take the overpriced tuktuks for a quick breakfast, if we didn’t want to walk in the heat. The worst part of our stay was the fact that we found what may have been a bedbug in our towel. We called management, they sent housekeeping (instead of a manager). It took 2 hours and we never spoke to a manager, and in the end they kept claiming it was a cockroach in our CLEAN towels. They said they would have pest control come and verify that, and we would get a refund only if it was a bedbug. We have heard nothing since checking out 3 days ago, and we are disgusted by the low quality of service and the fact that a roach was considered acceptable in a clean towel. The housekeeper was helpful, but the management acted poorly.
