The house has a warm, tidy style, with comfortable common areas, a kitchen, living space, terrace, and a simple check-in setup with coded entry for late returns. The kitchen is one of the useful extras here: tea, coffee, infusions, fruit, and drinking water may be available outside breakfast hours, and the kitchen can be used at night. Breakfast ranges from correct and simple to abundant, with items like bread, yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries, ham, cheese, and occasional gluten-free options by prior request. The tradeoff is that the wooden-house acoustics can be rough: corridor noise, doors, stairs, dining-room sounds, neighboring rooms, bathroom ventilation, plumbing, and street dogs can travel into rooms. Room size also varies, with small bathrooms, limited storage, soft or worn mattresses, and occasional bathroom odor or shower-seal issues.
