Bed bugs!!! Woke up with bites all over my legs.

BED BUGS!!!! Meine Fau wurde von Bed Bugs literally eaten. Photos are attached. No haridryer in the room. one has to go to the lobby to ask for. Apparently there is only one for the entire Hotel. The breakfast is very poor. While eating the breakfast the personal collects used dishes in a most noisy and disturbing manner. Wlan is very weak to useless. There is only one English TV channel (BBC 1 = the worst "news-channel"). Helpfulness at the lobby depends the individual on duty, but definitely can be improved.

Stayed just one night — great location and very friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, the bed had bed bugs. I got bitten a lot during the night. Please treat the room and clean the bed thoroughly.

I was bitten by bed bugs on the last day of my stay, rooms are clean staff is great but please take care of the bed bugs. Room and bed number was 1D

I have stayed 6 nights, feeling sad to leave this review as staff members were super nice. Common spaces are cleaned well but the rooms are just meant to seem clean. Last night I encountered many bed bugs bites as well as the bed bugs themselves on my bed. I hope you will take care of this, I wanted to telll when checking out but didn't want to make a chaos when there were other guests there, i can understand it can happen in any hotel but it was disappointment and i have crazy allergy now

I hate to do this because the staff was soooo nice but unfortunately I was attacked by bedbugs and that is unacceptable!

The beds were hard as a brick, super thin blankets like two bed sheets, asked for another blanket and was told no and were none, but the maid cart outside our room had a bunch. The entire balcony is taken up by the air conditioner and the water drains for each room drips off into the room below it. The room was more cramped than the photos seemed. Girlfriend also woke up covered in 30 bug bites, not sure if it was the bed or mosquito infestation but haven’t had any more bites since leaving.

I discovered a minor bug on my sheets. I took a photo, fearing it might be a bed bug, and I will find out when I have time. Back on the ferry, my roommate started scratching, and we later found out he had about 14 bites that were itchy and a little painful. The pain went on for about four days. After comparing my photo with the pictures of bedbugs on the internet, I discovered it was a bedbug. I looked at some past hotel reviews and found that other guests discovered bedbugs. One of the guests complained back in May, not only in a review but to the hotel staff. Almost a quarter of a year has passed since May, and as you can see, the problem persists. Other similarly priced accommodations nearby where you won't risk being bitten by bedbugs.

Expérience INFÂME de bout en bout. La chambre, à première vue, semblait certes assez miteuse, mais nous pensions que cela ferait l'affaire pour une escale d'une seule nuit. Vers une heure du matin, nous avons été réveillés par des piqûres d'insectes. Nous avons immédiatement inspecté la literie et découvert avec effroi des dizaines de PUNAISES DE LIT (photos en pièce jointe, enjoy !). Pour information, en quittant la chambre, nous avons procédé à une petite inspection nocturne des couloirs à d'autres étages : il y en avait aussi. Ce bouge est UN NID A PARASITES. Après avoir effectué les premières mesures d'urgence et averti le réceptionniste (qui n'a pas eu l'air surpris), nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver un autre hôtel (un vrai) en pleine nuit, ce qui a évidemment occasionné des frais supplémentaires (sans parler d'autres dépenses du type produits de nettoyage, sacs hermétiques, etc., ni des vêtements que nous avons dû jeter, sans parler non plus de la fatigue psychologique). Dans un message courtois, j'ai demandé un remboursement au manager qui m'a fait une réponse aussi répugnante que ses chambres : il a refusé de nous dédommager (!!!) à travers quelques lignes lapidaires et agressives sans bonjour ni excuses, mais pleines de mauvaise foi. Peut-être cet homme est-il un entomologiste déçu, soucieux de transmettre sa passion des punaises de lit à ses clients, mais a-t-il bien conscience du problème de santé majeur dont il est question ici ? De qui se moque-t-on ? FUYEZ si vous tenez, littéralement, à votre peau !!!

It is not clear why the hostel has such ratings. The toilets are terrible, the partitions are made of cheap chipboard, the door in one does not close. The hinge of the storage drawer is broken. And most importantly - bedbugs. The air conditioner is constantly on heating because of this the air in the room is very dry. If you turn it off, it is terribly cold

Be very careful, I don't recommend it, I stayed two nights in July and on the last night I woke up all bitten by bedbugs, a bad experience!

En nuestra habitación había chinches. Era terrible. Acabamos con mil picaduras en el cuerpo. Mirad siempre bien el colchón y dadle la vuelta

Very Good, except Bedbugs It should be called bedbugs instead of bedbox. The location is fantastic and the staff is so helpful! Restrooms are clean and they have a nice coffee/liquor bar with a fun common area. Other than the bedbugs I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Amazing, except bedbugs Everything about this Hostel was amazing! The location was great(super close to the city center), staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and amenities were super nice to have (shower, kitchen): especially for the price! I did however notice a lot of bites around my legs and back when I woke up and I realized quickly after my stay that they were bedbug bites. I stayed there for 2nights only so I didn’t realize that it was coming from my bed before too late. If there weren’t bedbugs I would’ve been so delighted in my stay!

Pay attention, bed bugs. staff are friendly though.
