Terrible and dishonest people. Made my booking through booking.com which was accepted. I arrive at 11pm and the say I cannot go because I'm a FOREIGNER and the hostel is only for Indians. Very inflexible. As such, they left me at 11 pm without a place to sleep in Mumbai. They shouldn't accept such bookings if they don't accept them! I was left wandering the streets until I found a place that took me (and that place unfortunately was littered with bedbugs). Thank you very much for a terrible night and absolute lack of consideration.
