The staff is so rude as if they are allowing you to stay for free. Their own friends prachi and few others who volunteer like or may be work there, they were so rude from the check in day till check out day. They will not even talk to you properly over the call unless you make the booking and payment as it is 100% non refundable. The place looks no where close to pictures. It’s unhygienic, full of bedbugs and cockroaches. You ask them for room cleaning, only thing you will get is unnecessary attitude. Pathetic experience.

I wouldn't recommend the hostel to anyone..... The beds aren't clean..... filled with bed bugs and a variety of insects the washrooms aren't clean. Also during rain there is water logging also water seeps into the bunk beds. They also sell alcohol at a very high rate. It is full of mosquitos.

A wide variety of insects and disease could be easily found at this place. The beds are full of bedbugs and the veranda is a seasonal swimming pool, good breeding ground for mosquitoes. And the best part of the experience is the washroom, you can vibe with the snails. Recommended 200 for my enemies! :)

Vibe Analysis
The Bucket List Goa Vagator is a social hostel with a lively bar, active common areas, and a strong late-night energy. There are regular activities, a bar area for hanging out, a cafe with a book collection, and a coworking space. Rooms are a mixed point: some are clean, safe, and comfortable, while others seem shabby, noisy, or in need of repairs. AC, lighting, blankets, and hot water can be weak points in some dorms. The location is handy for Vagator and Dream Beach, and there is food and drink on site. The place can suit travelers who want a busy social setting more than a quiet, polished sleep.
Signals to check
- Noise from the bar can carry into dorms late at night.
- Some dorms have weak AC, dim lighting, or hot water gaps.
- Cleanliness and upkeep can vary from room to room.
- Some front-desk interactions can feel abrupt.
