I had a lovely stay, made me feel so welcome, cared about and supported. My first time doing solo travelling properly so 100% made it a great start to my experience - the staff helped with booking cheap tours, had street food and cooking experiences and provided lovely breakfast every morning. The beds were comfortable, no signs of bed bugs, AC in the rooms, locker provided, nice and quiet at night. Bathroom facilities are good, very clean. Staff very impressively remembered everyone’s names.
