Global Backpackers Hostel

Found a bedbug in the middle of the night. Called to the manger to resolve the situation. What I learned was crazy: Apparently they already knew about the bedbugs situation: other rooms were already "deep cleaned", but my room was only scheduled for cleaning next week. ⚠️ So they knowingly let me sleep in a room with bedbugs.... I left the hostel in the middle of the night, and got my money back.

The place is unclean. I booked two nights: the first night on the 4th floor I woke up covered in bed bug bites. They moved me to the 2nd floor, but the smell there was unbearable since toilets were inside the dorm so I switched back to the 4th floor in another bed but saw more bed bugs crawling on it. I left immediately and asked for a refund. There have been reports of bed bugs for months, but management still hasn’t resolved it.

Got bed bugs in this hostel and still dealing with the consequences. The nice thing about this hostel is the free breakfast until 10am.

- Shared room is good . But there are more than 6 beds in the room , - there is no locker for luggage’s , - There are air con and fan inside . - Beds are clean and comfortable. - they provide breakfast - good location - candy is so professional 🚩 🚩 But for sure they can improve their service , specially regarding about cleaning in shared room ( there are more than 10 beds , cleaning should be provide at least 2 times per day ), also they should forbidden shoes inside the room . To avoid dirty and bedbugs inside the room .
