Ragamuffin Hostel has a rare Kingston combo: a secure, chilled base near the Bob Marley Museum with a real social current inside the building. The location is the easy win: New Kingston, close to route taxis, food, bars, live music, and the museum, with a neighborhood feel that can be lively without pushing you straight into chaos. The social side can be strong.
