Got bitten by bed bugs, it was horrible. No one cares, they don’t want to refund through Booking.com customer service. I really hate this place

Very nice owner and staff but I got bitten by bed bugs... the owner should treat the place before it gets worse

There are a lot of BED BUGS!!!!! The owner didn’t seem to care that it is a serious issue. Rooms and spaces not clean.

definitely the worst hostel ever! when i arrived there was this crazy receptionist on speed or something running around like crazy freaking every one out. after check in i was already very shocked but when i came back after i had dinner i first saw that literally everything in this hostel was dirty. i saw the sheets they gave me ... dirty as well so i ask for new ones they told me they arent dirty they just washed them so i went out for a few drinks to forget about this place. i came back and went to bed and realized that there were only 3 plugs in the 6 bed dorm and they were in use for the fan so i couldnt charge my phone. next day i woke up early to someone yelling around to in the patio, went to the bathroom and saw that i got at least 50 bedbug bites. i went to the reception and i didnt even ask for a refund because i knew thats not gonna work anyway and told them about the bugs and that i want to leave. the crazy day from the day before yelled at me for like 10 minutes. and i had to discuss with him for about 15 minutes just to get back my 5 or 10€ key deposit while he was insulting me without any manners! stay as far away as possible!! its cheap but you will know why (stayed in juli 2023)

Nice hostel but there are BED BUGS!! Be careful

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but thought it would be necessary for people looking to book here. I left after one night because other people found bedbugs in their room. Me and the other people in my room searched for them and they were also found in our room. Who knows how many rooms they are in. The manger didn’t seem embarrassed or apologetic that we found bedbugs. He sounded so offended when we said we would rather leave than switch to another room. The price is low for a reason.

Run away !!! Bed bug ! My friend and I are infected with pimples and these nasty critters have invaded our belongings and left them in the room!! It is unacceptable !! Don't come here!!!

my body is full of bed bug bites

When I went to this hostel this December, it was nearly empty. On the last day, I discovered bedbugs. I had tons of bites! It is not centrally located, 20+ min walk to anything, unless you take the bus. The kitchen was great, although some pots and pans were broken. Lots of moldy food in the fridge when I arrived. Terry is a great host and kept the place clean and friendly. I enjoyed talking with him during my stay. He was very kind and talkative. Too bad about the bed bugs… but overall good
